Glass Paper - Daily Planner Reviews

This is an honest review from a person who NEEDS a schedule daily for work. GlassPaper has great potential but I find it quite annoying when I keep getting errors with my pen. Changing the colors and sizing the text keep getting errors. I cant change the size of the text box so it will fit inside the margins of the task area. The text box pop up block the text I wrote in so I cant see the change unless I “confirm” the changes to see how it looks then go back to the text box again to edit my text. In addition, copying and pasting works but it doesn't format to GlassPaper . I have to go back in the text box to try to make it all fit in the margins. It is really annoying. No zoom. But looks like that has been established in the reviews already. Also, when submitting a picture it doesnt capture correctly with my ipad mini, again no option to edit the size of the picture or zoom. Cropping would be nice too. Lastly, I dont want military time. There is no option to change that. Other than that, GlassPaper has potential. I love the layout of it. Motivational quote and more. But the con over powers the pro for me so I will not continue after the trial.

My only “annoyance” is that you cant zoom. Being able to zoom and write on the lines would be amazing! Especially in landscape view. Other than that it’s an awesome application. Long shot request would be to have the ability to link to my outlook Calendar.

Loving GlassPaper so far. Really enjoy the different aspects it includes like the books and yearly goals etc. it definitely fits exactly what I’m looking for. I did just purchase GlassPaper a couple days ago and have noticed so errors occurring when changing colors of my pencil and it also not saving the new updates I put in such as the text boxes and finding myself having to redo them over and over again. Hope this gets fixed soon otherwise it would be 5/5.

I did the year purchase, and it still has me in demo mode. I clicked “restore purchase” and it says I have not purchased. My Apple account and credit card show the purchase. I looked for a place to contact someone for help, but there wasn’t any contact info. It looks like I wasted $10 and the time I spent inputting information.

Update: the developer did help resolve the issue. I did lose the data I had entered, however a new update has any new data added saved to cloud.

I have only been using GlassPaper for less than an hour and love the organization of it and looking forward to using it everyday. I would like to have more options to change the thickness of the pencil or marker. Instead of 3 options, can you make it a slider bar? The thinnest is a bit too thin and the next level is too thick. Fix this and I will update my review.

This is an excellent app! The one thing I would change is to have an option to change the hours of the day on the planner. My day usually starts at 5 am and ends at 9pm. Other than that spectacular!

I have been looking for something like this for a long time, and I am more than happy with the price and features. There are still a few bugs, but I’m sure they’ll be worked out.

What I’d like to see is:

In the planner:
- Ability to import PDF / JPEG templates so you can make something like the book tracker, and when you add a tab so you can import templates to add pages to your notes.
- I’m excited for zoom, as this would be a key feature.
- The ability to rotate text and support for Apple Pencil text input (appears to be there, just doesn’t work properly (or I may be using it wrong)

App is great but it’s hard to switch pages. The swipe doesn’t always work so a button would be nice to be able to go between each page easily. Also when you upload your own pdf you can’t change the icon so it looks kind of ugly when you are trying to use it as a workbook app, the ability to add a cover would be nice. Overall the colors is nice and I like the ease of use

Come on i need a planner and when i got GlassPaper i thought it would be a life saver but no u need to pay for the planner and without paying its just like a drawing app i have no time for making my own planner. no hate whatsoever but really paying!?! i think u should give a planner for every year for free and if they need another one that’s when they pay! ik it’s not that easy to do but plz just consider that some people can’t pay for this an need a planner! Thanks

Why oh why did I do this. Downloaded this yesterday. There are a couple of things I like - the yearly planner, for instance. But twice now I have entered stuff on the daily calendar that disappeared when I went back after attending to other business. Honestly , there’s nothing on here one can’t easily accomplish in Notes or my other sad calendar FOR FREE. This certainly is not worth payment. With that I’m pretty sure I’m done with productivity apps altogether.

GlassPaper has everything you can expect from a planner and some nice extra features like a pdf editor and a reading list. I'm definitely what you may call a happy customer.

Considering how much it helps me to stay much more organized than how I was before, it is definitely worth its price. Thanks for all the extra features.

I've been a fan of GlassPaper since I downloaded it. I'm usually a distracted person but with Glass Paper I no longer miss out on any event of my diary planning.

I’m sure that GlassPaper will be fantastic as it is developed.

For now though, GlassPaper is super buggy and keeps saying there is an error when I choose anywhere on the screen. Not only that, but you can’t explore the demo without being harassed by the subscription page popping up wherever you press.

I would like to try GlassPaper again in about a year. I’m sure it will improve greatly. I may even purchase it then for daily use.

It would be great to include a lifetime purchase option in the “subscription” selection. Forced-monthly or yearly subscription planners are the worst.

This is a lot more than just a task planner. With Glass Paper you can also keep track of the books you want to read, add notes and even annotate pdfs!

I've been using GlassPaper for several weeks already and I'm yet to experience an issue with it. It's an excellent planner and I love all its features.

This is GlassPaper I have waited for, works as advertised. I am really enjoying writing in my calendar. I run out of space but it’s a great app.

GlassPaper is amazing overall but the only problem is the constant pop ups of the premium version, if you see this and fix it that would be great!

GlassPaper seems like it could be very nice however when you try to write in the planner the pens it gives you are so thick they are ridiculous. You can’t zoom in to make that change and you can’t change the inside anything else other than super thick.

so i was writing on two pages and i flipped to another page to write more right
i flipped back and it deleted all of my notes! do not recommend because it literally only lets you write on one page and makes you pay 2 dollars a month to write on more??

Really well done! Simple yet thorough with easy to use features. Highly recommend.

The new version of a game that I cannot was not like it has to do so much better

I HAD about 15 pages of notes that I needed for work that just disappeared from the notes section. Steer clear if your using this for that feature. Work lost is money lost.

I can’t get it to zoom enough to really use it. Also, I am unsure how to maneuver between the day and the other days without flipping. When I click on the month - it shows something other than 2020. I am just confused. Not an easy platform.

One of the greatest planner I have used

I was checking out GlassPaper to see if I wanted to use but never mind. I couldn’t try anything and it wouldn’t let me write or type NOTHING. I am like so angry that I downloaded when there are others I can use. Fix your demo if you want people to try it out 🙄

Pretty practical app , I am satisfied

All my notes get deleted, and now I can’t figure out how to cancel my subscription. Why no zoom….? Get me out of this nightmare
