Been using for around a year but looking for something else. Constant "network error" and "failed to save" errors with no resolution. Doesn't matter what network or device I'm using, so I know the problem isn't on my end. I need to know that when I upload a document or create a checklist, it's going to save correctly the first time. It's caused a huge number of issues with recent real estate transactions & repairs. I enter the information, close out and with return I get the "failed to save" error & have to guess what saved, what didn't, hope I can find the into again to reenter etc. Not reliable.

Bublup will not save, message says service unavailable. I do not have a connection problem and can copy a link to send to my email or messages etc.

I love Bublup, have been using it for a few weeks, saved many important websites, no issues, but now the app won't load, and Bublup message pops up claiming a connection problem - which I do not have! I powered off my Android phone, restarted it - same issue. Please tell me I won't lose my saved contents and customizations, and please help resolve this! Thank you.

How to fix Bublup app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bublup app on iPhone
Update Bublup app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bublup iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bublup on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bublup network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bublup Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bublup not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bublup App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bublup » click [Force Stop]

Update Bublup to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bublup App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bublup » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bublup.

Fix Bublup unable to contact server/ Bublup internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bublup » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bublup » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bublup
