I had a terrible experience with TheChefz, first I made a order with a restaurant I previously ordered from and no one picked it up or called me to check in for two hours. The restaurant called me and apologized deeply for the issue and they said no driver has arrived and they are sorry that the food might have gone cold, so I had to send my own driver. The chefz driver only picked up after the restaurant called and after I had already sent my driver. The service is terrible and there is no way to contact your driver or the restaurant. Please update TheChefz and inform your drivers how to correctly call.

One of my favorite apps for food delivery. They are always on time if not early. The customer service is 5 stars. They have a nice collection of restaurants but it can be wider. It’s my go to for ordering gourmet food for myself or my family and friends. Their couriers usually speak both Arabic and English and they can understand your specific requests.

I had an health issue with one of my orders and contacted support, they seemed unbothered and said they will call the team will contact me again but guess what they never did and they also ignore all my other attempts to contact then again. Horrible and unacceptable behavior that show that they only care about the money and the never care about people’s health. I’m deleting TheChefz right now

What sets it apart from all the other delivery apps is speed of delivery and great customer service on the very rare occasion your delivery is late.

First of all, when you have a nonfunctional app like yours, you don't blame your PAYING costumers, and literally place their “canceled orders” in the street and not repay the money.

Ive spoken with 4 costumer service employees all of whom didn't even bother to help me, rather block my number from calling, even after they claimed they will contact me again!

Regardless, i deleted TheChefz , my husband deleted TheChefz .
Ill tell everyone of how horrible my experience with them was.
And id definitely advise to never deal with them again!

Horrible experience with TheChefz. My order supposed to be delivered at the same day as appeared in TheChefz . However, it’s not delivered yet. The store is next to the house and the fees 30 RS!! And have not received it yet so probably if you want to order your dinner you will get it next day in your lunch time. Don’t use TheChefz

I downloaded TheChefz to order from a dessert place when I filled my shopping cart & went on the payment it was asking for 49 SR as delivery fees!!
Not gonna lie haven’t ordered anything so I don’t know how fast they are but it’s not worth trying.

I placed an order at 6:30 then it appeared delivery at 10:00 I called the restaurant at 7:30 they replied order is ready and waiting for picking up
No number for Chefz to complain or to contact them

I had two orders a day before it was for iftar and there was no answer from TheChefz and didn’t receive the order and didn’t have a meal for my guests which embarrassed me a lot

Worst delivery app I have ever used. Have never received food in less than 90 mins. The food is always cold and most drivers do not speak English of know how to follow the map.

It is not yet mature app since it does not communicate with most restaurants well and it most orders got declined after a while.

Love it, probably one of the best delivery apps

Very selective app. They would only add gourmet venues to their platform. I tried them in Riyadh several times, and now I can’t wait for them to start in Khobar and Dammam.

A very nice app that is focusing on high-end restaurants, not like other apps serving all type of restaurants.
