Good day. We made an order via The Chefz in Marble Slab Restaurant, order number #42089476. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered melted and look not presentable. We have returned the cake and request to refund payment.

I went to interior restaurant in boulevard and I did not eat although I already paid 900 riyals Please call me ASAP

2000 riyal order gone cold, waiting for two hours, no driver.

I had a terrible experience with this app, first I made a order with a restaurant I previously ordered from and no one picked it up or called me to check in for two hours. The restaurant called me and apologized deeply for the issue and they said no driver has arrived and they are sorry that the food might have gone cold, so I had to send my own driver. The chefz driver only picked up after the restaurant called and after I had already sent my driver. The service is terrible and there is no way to contact your driver or the restaurant. Please update the app and inform your drivers how to correctly call.

I had an health issue with one of my orders and contacted support, they seemed unbothered and said they will call the team will contact me again but guess what they never did and they also ignore all my other attempts to contact then again. Horrible and unacceptable behavior that show that they only care about the money and the never care about people’s health. Worst experience with customer service , deleted the app

First of all, when you have a nonfunctional app like yours, you don't blame your PAYING costumers, and literally place their “canceled orders” in the street and not repay the money. Ive spoken with 4 costumer service employees all of whom didn't even bother to help me, rather block my number from calling, even after they claimed they will contact me again! Regardless, i deleted the app, my husband deleted the app. Ill tell everyone of how horrible my experience with them was. And id definitely advise to never deal with them again!
