Hangs, doesn’t play, can’t switch to new article. Ready to unsubscribe.

ihave an iphone. The app plays for about 3 minutes and then turns off. If I press play again the same thing happens. Any suggestions?

The app has always had a tendency to hang while buffering. But now it’s being ridiculous. Also, it lost everything in my cue and I was getting ready to binge. Grrr! Have been a user for at least 3 years? Probably a lot longer. Maybe 5? Time flies….except when I’m trying to download from AudM.

For several days now, the app reports “no results found” when I try to discover new articles. This has occasionally happened before, but never for this long. Restarting my iPhone doesn’t help. Please advise!

I am trying to install audm on my android phone. After I create my password and continue on to subscribe, I'm asked for the password again to confirm the subscription and get a message that the password is wrong. I've tried several times and I'm stuck here. How can I or you fix this? Thank you.

Every time I play Audm on my Android phone, it overheats the phone. This has been the case for as long as I've had Audm, about a year.

Common dislikes about Audm app

- Sparse offerings from some of the publications.

- Stripped down audio player with no bookmarking.

- Cross device play is hit and miss if you use more than one device.

- Cannot fast scrub by touch.

- Will not play next in Low Power Mode.

- App stutters, does weird time indexing (buffer mishandling), inserts strange awkward pauses.

- Have to pay for things you are already paying for if you are a subscriber to any of the publications.

- Quite few articles are published here.

- Reading is mind boggling slow even if you set it to 2x speed.

- Every time the article has a full stop the audio pauses for several seconds.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Audm app issues:

Force Stop the Audm App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Audm app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Audm to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Audm App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Audm app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Audm.

Fix Audm unable to contact server/ Audm internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Audm » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Audm » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Audm on android.
