- App is full of glitches that make you waste your hours and end up unsuccessful.

- Constantly asks for password.

- Screen orientation is really bad.

- Can’t even add a datepicker to birthday fields.

- Says no Internet connection even there is.

- Ticket transfer screen does not show properly.

Cant upload any photo, constantly getting message "Invalid format" for any try.

To resolve Passo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Passo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Passo » click [Force Stop]

Clear Passo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Passo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Passo.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Passo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Passo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Passo
