How to fix Passo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Passo app on iPhone
Update Passo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Passo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Passo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Passo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Passo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Passo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Passo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Passo » click [Force Stop]

Update Passo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Passo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Passo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Passo.

Fix Passo unable to contact server/ Passo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Passo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Passo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
