Hi I use to be able to sync from my outlook and I had things colour coded but it shows as all one colour now

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Refill app issues:

Force Stop the Refill App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Refill app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Refill to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Refill App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Refill app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Refill.

Fix Refill unable to contact server/ Refill internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Refill » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Refill » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Refill on android.
