Cea mai slabă aplicație posibilă, repartizați două comenzi aceluiași șofer, o comandă intr un capat de oraș și cealaltă comandă în celălat capăt!
Incerc sa pozitionez pin ul pe harta la adresa unde locuiesc si imi ia alta adresa. Introduc adresa manual, ghici ce, adresa nu exista. Imi seteaza automat o adresa la 50 m de strada pe care locuiesc cu numele altei strazi. In ceea ce priveste diversitatea de produse in kaufland e mediocra spre slaba. Nu am gasit multe produse ale marcii kaufland, nu am gasit avocado in plasa, arahide de pamant si altele. Din moment ce nu imi pot livra cumparaturile la usa casei mele, e de la sine inteles ca voi evita folosirea aplicatiei.
Cea mai slaba si incompetenta “firma”. Nici macar oamenii de la suport nu sunt in stare sa raspunda pana la final. Toata lumea se plange de this app. Sunt o GLUMA! Aplicatia lor e la fel de slaba. Nu arata nimic concret in ce priveste comanda. Sunt in urma rau! Sincer. Incercati in alta parte.
Customer service is trash, they just have a robot that isn’t well programmed at all and doesn’t respond. Takes ages to talk to a real person if it even allows you to.
Very late deliveries, very rude helpdesk hiding behind so called terms and condition telling lies about the delivery, no option to cancel without a refund even if they bring your order after 2 hours, riders stealing food, etc, etc. Just AVOID !

Implementați live chat pentru a putea contacta customer service-ul, nu suntem în 1999. Nimănui nu-i face plăcerea să sune și să stea 10 minute la telefon pentru a lua legătura cu cei de la relații clienți. Am primit comanda cu produsele gresite si a trebuit sa astept zeci de minute pana cei de la departamentul relații cu clienți au luat legatura cu restaurantul. Celelalte aplicații de food delivery iti rambursează instant suma aferenta produselor gresite. Niste gunoaie si nu recomand. Voi ramane client Glovo si foodpanda.

I like the variety of the restaurants that offer free delivery. However Tazz is lacking in customer service. It’s difficult to report issue with an order, unable to track your delivery en route, unable to contact couriers to ask on status and unable to tip on app. They should take a page from the Glovo app and improve the platform with customer service in mind.
Compared to other delivery apps this app is great. My only issue is that there’s no option in Tazz to report a missing product from my order. Apps like glovo and foodpanda let you report a missing product within the delivery review and get easily refunded for the missing order.
Services are good but I find it very difficult to switch addresses. Somehow I can't type in the address, I have to put the pin on the map. If I type it in and tap save it just reverts to the previous address.

Very disappointed. Their customer service is horrible. They lie, gaslight, don’t respond and clearly don’t care. As there are several other options I would recommend never using TAZZ!
