the ability to turn your smartphone into a high resolution microscope. With the
microPeek App, in combination with a microPeek device attached to your phone you
can: - take microscopic images - measure distances - control the illumination on
the microPeek device - move the lens in the microPeek device to focus - connect
to a microPeek device - scan.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent microPeek app issues:

Force Stop the microPeek App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click microPeek app. » click "Force Stop".

Update microPeek to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear microPeek App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "microPeek app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch microPeek.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click microPeek » "Force Stop".
