Chat doesn’t work and how do I authorise individual chat please ?

When I’m trying to register the watch on my phone app it keeps saying make sure the registration code is correct? There’s an imei number on the back of the watch but no registration code & if I try get it off the watch it says to get it off the app? Which I can’t cause it won’t register? What’s the watches registration code?

Tried to activate my sons watch which is now telling me to wait for authorisation it says to contact seller to restore the the device and bind it again how do I go about doing so, thanks

I have issie with setTracker 2. its telling me to do autorisation, while Im not receiving anything. Can u pls bring it back fabric settings so I can use it? pls .Thank u in advance. M

Why is the app intercepting calls from numbers that are added to his contact list? I have it set in the app to reject unknown calls, but some of the added contacts' calls are being intercepted and blocked.

I am not able to find the qr code to register my watch to my phone. Can someone tell me where the qr code is located

When I scan the IMEI code on the back of the watch or enter the barcode number it comes up with a message “Scan QR code/barcode is incorrect, please rescan”. I can’t progress any further to set it up. The IMEI number is 867276094356233. Please help.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have installed SeTracker2 app a few years ago on my old phone Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017 - s/n R58J85VA45L) and paired kids watch 412608906806720. Now i have a new cellphone Samsung Galaxy A71. I can login in SeTracker2 app with my old account. And now, I am trying to pair mentioned kids watch but without success. In SeTracker2 app on my cellphone I received a message: Device waiting for authorization. Could you be so kind to advice how to pair kids watch with new cellphone. Kind regards

I had signed up in the settracker2 app by using the registration number mentioned on the watch and it was working. However, there was some problem in the SIM so I had to take a duplicate SIM. After putting the new SIM it is coming that the device is not paired and needs to be registered again but the same is not getting registered. Request you to please help for the same.

My son has the Polaroid watch which we registered yesterday and the app was working perfectly. The app seems to have reset somehow as it wants me to reload the ID which I don’t have anymore as it was working yesterday. Could you assist please, thanks.

Hi I can’t seem to do anything more to connect my daughters watch so that she can make calls. I was wondering if you might be able to provide some assistance please? We have correctly inserted a prepaid Telstra SIM card. Added money to the card. We have registered the SeTracker2 watch. Downloaded the app. But if she attempts to call my phone number it doesn’t connect through and if I call her number the watch says the device is switched off or unavailable. It feels like a step is missing. Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thank you

Good evening, I purchased a second hand Polaroid moji watch for my daughter last year. Today I’ve decided that my daughter is old enough to use it, however when I tried to register the msg came up that I must contact the seller to restore the device. Sadly I no longer have the ladies telephone number as I’ve changed devices ever since. I have the original box of the watch with all codes on. If the person doesn’t not authorise this due to them not using the registered email address how can I go about to sorts this issue out? I’ve taken out a contract specially for the use of this tracker. Kind regards Jacky

I have the de tracker 2 and it won’t download the registration code on the watch. Also when I try to set up the app on my iPhone it keeps saying confirm registration code is correct, & that code has 16 numbers and mine just has 15.

I can not access settings to turn on wifi or even get the watch to connect ? Very poor instructions in box printed 16 pages still cant figure it out any suggestions appreciated

Binding fail. AGAIN. Second watch we have purchased thinking the first one was just not working correctly. I can make phone calls and receive calls but nothing else. I am not able to use the app so unless my child knows the number by heart, she cannot call me. I want to use all the available features and with no tech support, this is just a waste of money for the watch and then more money wasted to get a sim and plan.

Saying the device is disconnected... GPS is wrong... This is ridiculous to not be able to contact anyone.

I couldn't setup the correct location. And for example if I'm going to set an alarm or add a phone number from phone book, it says I'm offline.

I have no QR on the back off the watch or the box there is an imei number on the back. I've typed this in to bind the device but still wont bind can you help
