When I scan the IMEI code on the back of the watch or enter the barcode number it comes up with a message “Scan QR code/barcode is incorrect, please rescan”. I can’t progress any further to set it up. The IMEI number is 867276094356233. Please help.

I had signed up in the settracker2 app by using the registration number mentioned on the watch and it was working. However, there was some problem in the SIM so I had to take a duplicate SIM. After putting the new SIM it is coming that the device is not paired and needs to be registered again but the same is not getting registered. Request you to please help for the same.

Hi I can’t seem to do anything more to connect my daughters watch so that she can make calls. I was wondering if you might be able to provide some assistance please? We have correctly inserted a prepaid Telstra SIM card. Added money to the card. We have registered the SeTracker2 watch. Downloaded the app. But if she attempts to call my phone number it doesn’t connect through and if I call her number the watch says the device is switched off or unavailable. Good evening, I purchased a second hand Polaroid moji watch for my daughter last year. Today I’ve decided that my daughter is old enough to use it, however when I tried to register the msg came up that I must contact the seller to restore the device. Sadly I no longer have the ladies telephone number as I’ve changed devices ever since. I have the original box of the watch with all codes on. If the person doesn’t not authorise this due to them not using the registered email address how can I go about to sorts this issue out? Binding fail. AGAIN. Second watch we have purchased thinking the first one was just not working correctly. I can make phone calls and receive calls but nothing else. I am not able to use the app so unless my child knows the number by heart, she cannot call me. I want to use all the available features and with no tech support, this is just a waste of money for the watch and then more money wasted to get a sim and plan.

This app, and the watches paired with it are awful. Most of the time none of the features work. The tracking feature rarely works, and when it does locate it, it’s in the completely wrong location at least 10 miles off. You also cannot make any small updates without there being service, but you rarely get the service either. Even when it says you have service, it won’t update anything. So even so much as adding a phone number or do not disturb hours can’t be done without service. I am a single mom and wanted a cheap way to track my child and call when needed. But I messed up because you get what you paid for. And what you pay for is a watch and service that doesn’t work. And the excitement your child did have about it will be gone in less than a week due to it not working. So it’ll be a giant waste of money and will end up collecting dust. I have to fight my child just to put it on every morning before school.

I’ve been using this app to connect with my daughter via her smart watch. We’ve been using the app for almost 2 years and it’s only gotten worse rather than better. Instead of adding features or improving speed and functionality the app has turned into an advertising nightmare.

When I first downloaded the app it had a tiny space for advertising. These ads didn’t block functionality or inhibit the use of the app. But now I get bombarded by ads when I try to call or message my daughter and told I have to pay money to get rid of the ads. This feels like extortion and makes me want to delete the app, throw the smart watch away and find another option that doesn’t get between myself and my daughter when I need to speak with her.

Note to developer: Please remove the ads!! You made your money with the smart watch (somehow) so stop trying to squeeze more money out of your original customers!

After reading all the reviews, studying the different watches for kids with GPS function, call or text minimally, and would be water resistant at least, I thought I found the perfect watch for my 8yr old son to be able to know where he is in the neighborhood or call and check on him when I’m at work and he’s at Mimi’s. Well, first the watch isn’t even water resistant, water behind the screen just after washing his hands! He’s very tech savvy but could not get the touch screen to work for him, I have to be very precise and touch firmly for the watch to recognize my touch. The camera is terrible and he can barely here me when we do get connected on the phone. The battery does not last long, so the watch ends up hardly being on his wrist! The “game” is a math “think quick” with subtraction and addition, boring after about 30 seconds...all in all I had high hopes but this watch is going back.. not sure what’s next...
