3 years agoPurchased what I thought was a pair of size 10 low AF1. Give them to my son they are really a size 11. Try to return them for even exchange and they won’t accept the sneakers back. They said there is no label on the box, better yet that I REMOVED THE LABEL!, and they can’t take them back. Straight liars. Called customer service and a ticket was created for a call back... 2 days later that terminate they terminate live customer service agents. Have sent several emails... no response... They just be going out of business and are smash and grabbing and the way out. Horrible store, over priced, terrible customer service, poor sneaker selection. SNIPES you suck.

3 years agoI got my son a Snipes sweatshirt for Christmas from the store at Roosevelt Mall Philadelphia PA 19149 on 12/24/20 after 1st wash's Ave following directions there is a bubble on it on the plastic/covering lettering part. He is so upset I spent a lot for this...... what can he done. While I was there a District Managee was there a was very kind and helped me she also gave me 10% off hoping this can be replaced because he is very unhappy.

3 years agoHow the hell do u reach anyone from customer service. Been email no response. Store is no help cause they said it’s an online order. I have a confirmation number. I placed an order on 12/9 and it never shipped just says label and as created. When u call it say u have To send email but no one responds. This is horrible horrible service.

The app is never working properly it crashes all the time . I have downloaded and deleted this app over 5 times and it’s still not working so then I go to the website to purchase some things and the website is telling me Oops something went wrong with your payment try again, I did that twice before I said I’m not putting my card information in after 2 times . The app and the website is in dyer need of some help

They are the worse to shop with online I recommend you find a store than buying what you want on this app. They don’t give you a tracking number. I got something from them it took a week for them to tell me they cancelled my order and they still never refunded my money I’m still trying to connect with the customer service but no one is answering all I want is my money, never shopping on this app again.

I have an account with KicksUSA and was not able to sign in even after resetting my password TWICE! Not to mention, once I finally made a new account it made me verify my address by saying “Select a state”’when my address had already been confirmed. Just an over terrible experience on the app and mobile website!
