Keep receiving image search not available. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, updated, still not working

I keep getting the message "search by image is unavialable " please try in a few hours... but even then doesnt work

To resolve Reversee network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Reversee App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reversee » click [Force Stop]

Clear Reversee App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reversee » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reversee.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reversee » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reversee » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Reversee
