So I’m just kind of waiting in the McDonald’s parking lot for my money to become available. I don’t really know why it’s not available sometimes or it is other times right away but that’s just the way things go.

SCE FCU app needs some serious reconsiderations. There shouldn’t be a reason why a member should feel handicapped when using their mobile app. I have more than 5 months with mobile deposit issues and no one can fix the issues. Seems like my member worries don’t matter.

I electronically deposited a check and had a confirmation of deposit from Scefcu. The next day I received an email from Scefcu stating that the check did not go through and That they took out an extra service fee for their faulty technology I promptly called their service and had the operator reverse the charge but was told that it would be a one time reversal. Why would I use this service ever again and if this is the new philosophy of Scefcu?? why would stay a member??

Rize is okay but, the way it interacts with Zelle is just stupid. Just make the bank searchable in Zelles app. Why make us leave Zelle to come to our banking app that is inconvenient at best? It doesn’t even sync our contacts. You have to input every contact manually as you send money for the first time. Terrible idea. At least in my opinion

Until recently the mobile app has worked well, but a few weeks ago it stopped allowing me access claiming my time and/or date was incorrect. This is wrong I use a iPhone 11 and it sets the correct time and date. I’ve deleted Rize and reinstalled Rize , restarted my phone to no avail. This is the only way I’ve found to be heard concerning this problem.

Since I down load Rize I’m so happy it’s so easy to do the transfers n payments n to see also a copy of my checks it’s so cool ! Thank You so much !!👍

SCEFCU has the best customer service of any bank I have ever been to and that is a pretty big statement because I worked for three different banks in the past. Banking is so easy with SCEFCU. Good job!

I find Rize super easy to use and I can see all of my information so easily in one area. It is also secured by making available the thumbprint log on.. saving me the hassle of remembering a password constantly and also securing my information. Very happy with app!

I love Rize. It allows me to deposite my checks, transfer money to different accounts, and also keeps me from driving down to the bank. I don’t live close to a SCE so Rize really helps me out with my work schedule and all.

Banks are so unforgiving when it comes to their customers. I have been with SCEFCU for 40 years and have had numerous loans over that time and at excellent rates much better than any bank would offer! Than you SCEFCU !

SCE FCU employees have been very helpful to me during my separation. They have helped me open and close accounts and taught me how to do online banking. They have always done so in a professional and friendly manner.

It’s great app but if you get withdrawn sometimes it will tell you a couple days later And you will kinda screwed... sometimes it takes 2/3 days to see your payment to go through for the credit card , doesn’t show a day later ....

I've been with this Credit union for 12 years now and I've never experienced a problem or a hidden fee or anything wrong with this credit union. I was also a member of another credit union, however I ended my account with them shortly after opening it due to experiencing a lot of problems.

Trying to check into a hotel and my card won’t scan and trying to check my account at midnight on Sunday and App won’t log in. So frustrating
