I am trying to insert the directions. I get it all done, save it, and when I go back to "instructions" the original recipe is there....not the one I copied and pasted. I prefer to copy and paste so I don't have to contend with ads when I am cooking.

Tried to sync recipes from samsung galaxy s9plus phone to samsung s7 tablet, had issues with password, then it seemed to work except when syncing, all recipes were lost. Is there a way to retrieve them?

I can’t get the grocery list to populate and save for use. It looks like it is saving but it isn’t, it shows the lists but they won’t open. Love all the app can do but it’s a bummer when it doesn’t work. Keep working on it, it’s so great.

I'm having the same issue as the others. My app keeps saying that something went wrong. It won't open/load anything. My phone and everything is up to date.

Just found this app, saved some recipes, and bought all of the products needed for the recipes I saved using the app’s ‘Lists’ option. Now I cant access the recipes I saved so I know how to make the meals😩 Getting this message ‘Something went wrong. Please try again’ If this doesn’t resolve itself, guess I’ll be winging it for these meals and will not be using this app again. Which is a bummer bc this app has so much potential!

For the past two months every time I try to open the app, I can't get past the log in. I log in with the correct credentials, the page tries to load, and then it says something went wrong. I've uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and made sure everything is up to date. Not sure what else to do.

I have the same problem as Jennifer J. I have an HTC One Plus 7 with the latest system updates and the app fails to start every time I click it. I have restarted the phone and ensured the updates work. This looks like a bug that got pushed to production without testing on these devices. My fiance and I share lists on here and this has been incredibly inconvenient.

For 2 days now I cannot get whisk to open. The app is up to date and there is no problems with my connection. I have a lot of recipes in whisk that I use regularly and I cannot gain access to my account.
