App won"t open?

Cannot get to my saved recipes for weeks now !!!!!!!!!!!! I need my recipes I have saved for years . Please contact me.

All of my saved recipes are on the website but the app only has a few now when it used to have them all.

Some of my recipes that I have saved are no longer available. I can not even find them to reload. Also, some of my recipes are still there that I have saved, but the ingredients and directions are not viewable.

i got to recipies to . when i click on any of them. it says cant be found.

Your saved recipes are still available on their website. They had a message for a few months stating they were going to move away from the app and focus on the website. Put the bookmark on your home screen

My complaint is the same as everyone’s, the app isn’t working, my “favorites” recipes are gone, can’t log in. I see no response from the owner of this app. The “fixes” don’t work. I’ve loved and trusted Allrecipes for years and am devastated about this loss. Please, someone fix it!

I can not search for a certain recipe I need.

Shows name of recipe and picture but no ingredients or instructions. Can’t sign in, saved recipes are lost without signing in. The app is not found in the App Store so I can’t delete and reinstall.

The search function and save function do not work on iPhone 13. Thank you.

I could not sign in nor could I look up a recipe. I deleted the app and now it is not in the app store

AR app not loading on android and I cannot log in. Afraid to uninstall and reinstall as I cannot find it in Play Store any longer. Please fix 🙏

Hi, I have had all recipes app on my ipad for years, It stopped connecting so I deleted it and now I cannot find the app in the store to reload. How can I get it back on my ipad? Thankyou, Lisa

I have not been able to login into my app. I can't even search even if i'm not logged in. Nothing shows up.

I was unable to login on my iPhone13 so I deleted the app and tried to reinstall. The app is missing from the App Store and I cannot login properly on my device. Is it coming back??

App stopped working. I logged out and can't log in, now. No recipes week loading. It's been wonky for a few days. Now I can't use it at all and it's almost supper time. 🙁

I used to be able to influence my feed by changing my interests. This feature appears to be missing on both phone and laptop. How do I adjust it to reflect new interests and needs?

For the past 2-3 weeks when trying to get into my account on the face page when i load the app on my laptop or iPad it doesn't load my info just keeps jumping back to the AR face page. I,m devastated as this is my major/only recipe library. I'v been using this site for years and use it 5/6 days a week to plan our meals.

My saved recipes keep duplicating. I have two or three of the same saved receipe show up.

Hello, twice this is happened to me where I go into the app and instead of my “image“ and availability of all my favorites I have, I see a very bizarre looking image with a series of numbers and letters where the name should be. All of my recipes are gone which I’ve saved for the last two years at least. For some unknown reason it came back for a little while but now it’s doing the same thing. Would love to know if there’s a way to prevent it. And thank you very much
