I am a new user to this program. I signed up to make things easier for myself. I have not received ANY copayment reimbursements from copays I have paid since the start of the year. Thankfully I do receive reimbursements for the medication. I find out I have to gather an EOB for each individual visit and submit this to receive credit. The EOB do Not even show the copayment I paid, but the receipt I attempted to submit shows everything. What is the point of the auto pay option?? I am a very busy, working single mother and if I knew I had to go through all of this I would not have signed up for the program. Every single time I speak with a representative I get different information. After making several attempts to resolve this on top of having a sick child who needs frequent medical attention I hope things go through so I can receive my reimbursements. If I’m paying for the service and not getting it, it’s pointless and hurts me even more financially. Smh!! I will NOT do this again next year.

This app is atrocious. I’ve attempted to reinstall and use it 3 times over the past 5 years, and I always immediately delete it because it’s useless. If you have your phone display set to dark, you can’t see the dates to pick the right month or day when submitting a claim. The expense types to choose from are extremely limited. The expense type search doesn't work, you only have about a dozen to choose from and they don’t like you to submit expenses as “other” when they fall under a defined category. Using this app could risk getting your claim denied. Trying to attach files makes the app crash. Overall very frustrating and time wasting user experience. Just use the website.

This is the most ridiculous way to do FSA. I have been doing for nearly 20 years. This is the worst. I have always received a credit card. If there needs to be submitting I would be asked. Now I send in a service that was done the therapist put invoice date which she said is the only way she does it. It was in the DOS. Same date as the chiropractor that said I should see her and same office. Denied because the only form they give says Invoice instead of DOS.
Also denied other supplies that I needed that were OTC. I was coughing so much with illness this year that I would pee. Ordered some incontinence pads and they were denied. Ridiculous. Coughing has now stopped and so has the peeing. I provided everything from the company that they were purchased.
Stop Ridiculous Charges.
