How to fix VIPTeacher app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VIPTeacher app on iPhone
Update VIPTeacher app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VIPTeacher iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VIPTeacher on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VIPTeacher network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VIPTeacher Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VIPTeacher not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VIPTeacher App
1. On android, goto Settings » VIPTeacher » click [Force Stop]

Update VIPTeacher to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VIPTeacher App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VIPTeacher » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VIPTeacher.

Fix VIPTeacher unable to contact server/ VIPTeacher internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VIPTeacher » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VIPTeacher » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VIPTeacher
