I was able to fix my grading issue. It was a mistake on my part.

The teacher app is not allowing me to record a grade other than zero. I can see their work and send a comment, but it will not let me change the grade from zero. This is happening on both my iPhone and iPad. I just recently updated my iPad to the most recent operating system, and I reinstalled the app. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

How to fix Canvas Teacher app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Canvas Teacher app on iPhone
Update Canvas Teacher app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Canvas Teacher iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Canvas Teacher on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Canvas Teacher network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Canvas Teacher Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Canvas Teacher not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Canvas Teacher App
1. On android, goto Settings » Canvas Teacher » click [Force Stop]

Update Canvas Teacher to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Canvas Teacher App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Canvas Teacher » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Canvas Teacher.

Fix Canvas Teacher unable to contact server/ Canvas Teacher internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Canvas Teacher » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Canvas Teacher » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Canvas Teacher
