Bruster's Reviews

I love Bruster’s, but they are few & far between here in Florida. I am having trouble logging into my acc. I received an email regarding $3 off, but after opening Brusters and entering my log in and password the keyboard will not go away for me to select login. The page will not scroll down or move for me to select log in.
Also is there any plans to open a shop in south Florida, preferably West Palm Beach? The only Bruster’s I know of are in Winter Springs & Titusville, but I live in Delray Beach.

I absolutely adore this place! We just got back from there.. it’s a Saturday night at 8:15 in Arizona and 111 degrees out, the line was around the block for the drive through but the staff in there work so hard and got us through the line quick.. we ordered two one quart containers of ice cream, the New York Cheesecake which is to die for and the Death By Chocolate and all I can say is I’m one happy girl right now.. packed them in ice and headed home with the best ice cream ever made!!!

The McMurray shop has THE nicest, most polite, and professional team working for them. Their team is always rotating with different faces (part-time; kids; adults); however, “each & every time” — we have been treated so nicely!

So refreshing... always makes us want to come back. Good, old-fashioned, POLITE employees - who are “consistently” wowing us each & every time. ⭐️ Great job everyone!!

This place is amazing. I’ve never got something that I didn’t like and it gets better every time I go! They are dog friendly and even have dog Cups so bring your dogs! I recently got hooked on the sorbet by the pint. Don’t let the long lines make you not stop in the lines move super fast!

We love this app! The ice cream is great, they offer free cones to the little ones, they’re friendly, we love Brusters rewards and they give us coupons every time we go! There’s flavors of the month and special sundae type flavors each month/season as well!

Not only is Bruster’s ice cream ahhhhmazing, but the location in Ashburn, VA has the most OUTSTANDING employees! Always helpful, always with a smile & if there’s a problem, they have a solution! The owners work right along side everyone else & it’s hard to tell who’s having more fun working! 🎉❤️❤️🍦🍦🍦

I find the trend to be when the girls are working, the scoops are very tiny. They just don’t put the muscle behind scooping. I like when the guys work. For the money you pay, scoops should be a decent size. Not the size of a kids cone. Everyone is super nice and hardworking. I just feel a bit ripped off when I see my teeny weeny scoops of ice cream. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love the Ice cream. This is our only go to for ice cream. 1 Suggestion: be able to see the current flavors being served at which ever location chosen. Would be easier to get everyone’s order prior to going to pick it up.

The Bruster’s ice cream shop is awesome!!! They use low amounts of chemicals and dyes, perfect for those who are sensitive to those things. They also have the absolute best dairy free ice cream ever!! Brusters makes you fill out a lot of info, but it is totally worth it. :) :>

Store and ice cream are great, but Brusters is not. Please update to include voice over accessibility. Also, having the entire menu is fine, but it would be better to list what your favorite store currently has, to avoid disappointment when you get there.

My only regret with our neighborhood ice cream parlor, is that we didn’t know about it sooner than we started frequenting this awesome place several years back! Have never had a bad ice cream. Staff is exceptional.

I have tried to sign up for the favorite flavor on Brusters and I go through all the steps. When I get to the end where you put in your email and cell number then select sign me up it does nothing. The favorite flavor section is the main reason I downloaded Brusters .

Bruster’s Ice Cream ROCKS! My fav flavor is chocolate raspberry truffle. Never a bad flavor and always fresh made. Brusters is great and provides easy ways to track points, visits, etc. So easy to use! Get Bruster’s today!!

We were going and the total was 20$ my dad only had a 100$ so we give them the money and we got 68$ back so we asked for the 12$ and they said no…

This place is great! They have so many flavors that are amazing! I love that they have a rewards program also! I met the owner who was very nice!

After putting in my login information, Brusters does not have the keyboard disappear so that I can hit the login key. Other than that, Brusters seems okay. I’d know for sure if I could actually log in.

App no longer works after updating to ios 15. Sais I have a notification but not able to open Brusters any longer.

I have two separate accounts. One for me, and one for my daughter. App doesn’t allow me to switch between accounts, or even logout. You can’t add points for previous orders for when you don’t have your phone with you to access Brusters . And some won’t honor your coupons when Brusters has errors and won’t load. Thumbs down.

I just download Brusters after a $10 purchase. There’s no way to scan the barcode on the receipt to get points for previous visits? Ridiculous! Any GOOD app would let you scan your barcode for previous purchases in order to get your loyalty points. You guys should REALLY fix this issue!

Read the reviews that Brusters wouldn’t allow registration. I was able to register so we’ll see if it continues to work.
Also it should be noted that I installed Brusters after I made my purchase, so it would be nice if I could add previous purchases from the receipt barcode.

It cannot make up its mind! I have never used Brusters before and when I enter my email address it tells me it is already in use. I ask it to provide me my password and it says I have entered an unregistered email address. The local store says I have to use Brusters to get points now. I guess I will just have to stop going to Bruster’s since Brusters for points does not work.

Every time I go there they ask me if I have Brusters . So, finally, I download it to find I cannot even order using it and it does not seem to tell me if my fave flavor is available. Not good in the time of coronavirus!!
Ok so maybe coupons but will see if that is enough to take up space.

Brusters gets a notification icon but doesn’t direct me to the notification, it’s also horribly unintuitive to use. Fire the person who designed it and start from the ground up, it’s outdated, difficult to use, and doesn’t even support iPhone X. Do it right or don’t do it at all.

This obviously still is a work in progress. I went to the Hickory Flat store Friday night, provided my loyalty card. Was told they are no longer accepting loyalty/punch cards - I was 2 punches away from a free cone - we bought 4 cones - app was unavailable at time / I tried searching for 10 minutes and gave up.

Would love a way to pay over Brusters like other food and beverage chains. Would make for an easy hands free payment method as I don’t like to sign a receipt with a pen everyone else has been using right before I eat my ice cream.

Downloaded Brusters and have never used it. Can’t login. Can’t get a reset password sent because of errors. This has been going on for a few years - don’t you think it is time to fix this thing?

Bruster's told me to sign up bc they no longer use the punch cards. Tried 2 days to complete Brusters there is always an error of some kind. So not even possible to use yet, please work on Brusters before pushing customers to sign up...

Could you add the option for TOUCH login on the next update?

The location in my area can’t use it because they claim the register isn’t set up for it yet. They wouldn’t even honor the $3 off
