When updating my billing address and shipping address, app failed to saving shipping address. The dress was shipped and delivered to my former address used previously on app, which I failed to realize due to being out of town. Initial attempt to address customer service over the phone provided an estimated wait time of 5 min. However, wait time was over 25min before hanging up and attempting again later. Second attempt to contact customer service over the phone, experienced long wait time. When finally speaking with customer service, she was very condescending and unable to provide any resolution other than 15% off next dress. The dress is required next month, at this point I had to pay for a second dress with rushed shipping.

Very displeased, and frustrating that a technical error is resulting in me spending 300 dollars.

Prior to this experience, I highly recommended Azazie. I had my bridesmaids use for my wedding and I previously used for a different bridesmaid dress. this app provides a lot of options with dresses that are very cute. However, if anything goes wrong with an order requiring any customer service actions be prepared to extremely disappointing and spoken to in a condescending tone.

1. Azazie logs you out every time you leave, is slow, and has trouble performing basic functions like saving a dress to your “showroom”.
2. Shipping takes a very long time. I can understand if you have something custom-made, but if you order basic sizing like I did, it still took this app around 3 weeks to ship.
3. The bridesmaids’ dresses are all different shades even though we all ordered the same color and fabric.
4. I ordered a size up and it was still WAY too small. You may need to size up 2-3 sizes because the sizing chart is completely off.
5. Dresses look somewhat similar to the picture, but they’re off. Mine looked boxy and didn’t have the mermaid shape like in the picture.
6. The return process is painful, and they take 10% of what you paid no matter what. I did not get custom sizing because I knew that would be non-refundable if it didn’t fit, but I didn’t know they would take a portion regardless.

I’m not usually one to complain or write negative reviews, but there has been so many issues with this site that I had to speak on it. Weddings are very expensive and we’re all struggling right now. Hope you guys find your dresses! ❤️

Why offer an at home try on before actually buying the dress if you don’t have all the sizes in stock. What good does an at home try on to me if every size in any color of a dress is sold out??
The try on I did end up doing was stressful and not user friendly. You have to take it to one of their approved locations. Which for me was a GameStop (why?) and you HAVE to do it a within a week of receiving it no exceptions so you better make sure you aren’t going away for any amount of time because my package arrived earlier than it said it would and I was away so I had to scramble to get it mailed back in time because Azazie AND WEBSITE CRASHED EVERY TIME I TRIED TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION.

I was in a wedding and we bought our dresses from this app. I brought a couple of sample dresses to find which one I like. Once I did, I ordered the dress closer to the wedding date. Once the dress came in the design on the dress did not match the pic and look hideous. I also had to get my dress hemmed and the store was shocked because it had three layers and it cost more money due to the extra layer. I then had to pay more so they can fix the design on the dress so it look like the pic due the the stitching coming out at the twist (and no the dress came in with the stitch not in).There were two other girls who dress’s broke during the ceremony. Also if you have small shoulders you are fine but if not go a size up because the shoulder areas running small.

I have ordered several batches of “Home Try-On” dresses which I think is a great feature of the company and I thought all of them were very nicely made for reasonable prices! But I had so much frustration with app issues that I mostly resorted to doing it on my phone browser and considered giving up on this company completely at one point when I was super frustrated with it. I know there’s been some bug fixes which seem to have helped but it took me 8 tries once of putting things in my cart, and then they would magically vanish and I would have to keep adding them back over and over, then I would go back 1 minute later to add the same dress again and it would show it wasn’t available after it had just let me add it to the cart before?? Other than that, like I said, I’m happy with the product and found a beautiful dress that was perfect for me, but Azazie definitely needs work.

Just before pressing the final order button, I wanted to reverify I had the correct size and color checked. I had to cancel the order and start from the very beginning of searching for the dress by length, color, etc. because the shopping cart emptied!
Also I think if you order the sample dresses, you should get an incentive to order the dress... as in money off or free shipping. One last comment... Another wedding attendant wanted to try a couple of bridesmaids dresses but you didn't have either of her selections in reasonable sizes. So she went elsewhere to buy a dress. Just a thought about having more sizes to sample. If a size 16 woman only has a size 4 or size 8 to choose from, that simply doesn't work.
Overall very happy with the way you operate though. Hope our order works out great.

So I like the site, but just like others, it has its issues. It’s annoying when you switch to another app, or even text someone, and it resets the page you on back to the beginning. Other then that it’s ok.
Company wise, the fact that you can’t get sample dresses for weeks makes it really hard to want to order from this site. It’s like they never had the one that any of us were looking for in my size, but definitely available in tiny sizes.
Word of advice for anyone getting sample dresses…. Once you get the notification that it’s in do not wait to get it or it’ll be gone in minutes!!

For my wedding, we are going with Cabernet and Dark Navy for our colors. Azazie makes the whole coordination process MUCH easier, definitely! The tough part was finding dresses that had our sizes available to even be able to “Try on at Home”.

Many of the bridesmaids dresses were extremely limited on available sizes or were just flat out unavailable to even look at in person. For us, we didn’t care at all which color the dresses were for us to try on; we were more interested in getting to see the look of the dress on and making sure that everyone got the right size, but the choice of color was even more limited than finding a sample dress in a close size (if that even matters for you).

The only other thing is (more of a bummer, not a huge deal really) that I personality wish that this app had shades of each of the colors. They DO have a ton of colors; don’t get me wrong. What I mean is that I wish they had different SHADES of each color so I could have had each of my bridesmaids choose their own choice shade of Cabernet. That way their dresses wouldn’t look too ‘unsimilar’, their bouquets would tie their colors all together and they would get to choose from a small selection instead of having no say in their color of dress.

Otherwise, great app!!

The site offers 3 try-on dresses for $20. The trick is finding three available at the same time. I had to pay $10 for each individual dress I tried on due to availability, and after a while that adds up! Especially since I took any color available just to see how the dress fit. That means no discount if I purchase a dress in a different color, because I’m not keeping the try-on dress. You have to grab them asap when you’re notified that they are available for try-on, before someone else puts it in their cart. The dresses are pretty and seem to be well made. Returning try-on dresses is not a problem. I just miss the days when I could go to a store and try on 8 dresses all at one time for free. Hoping one of the dresses I try on will make it worth the cost. 🤞🏼

Originally, my event was from 23 May 2020. I ordered my dress back in March. It was supposed to arrive last week. The FedEx tracking number said it arrived but nothing had come to my door. I checked the mailing address and I had typed my apartment complex address in incorrectly. My front office is closed right now due to COVID-19 and the door number I had put does not exist. I messaged this app right away. They responded within a few hours. They made sure I went through all the proper steps to try to find my package. Once those options were ruled out, they immediately filed a claim with FedEx and refunded me so I could re-order my dress. Sadly yet thankfully in this case, my friend’s wedding got postponed to December 2020. I had the refund in my paypal within one day. Their team was extremely professional and very courteous.
Side note, their app is also incredibly easy to use. My friend gave us the color and fabric she wants, we pulled it into the filter and all our options were right there. You can even have sample dresses sent to you for only $10 if you can’t decide what style you like! Definitely will be recommending Azazie and company to friends in the future!

I absolutely love Azazie! The swatches and fabric on dresses matched perfectly. The try on dresses came in a timely manner and give you plenty of time to try on before sending back. I have girls in my bridal party of several sizes and body types, they offer choices for everyone & all dresses fit my girls perfectly (except the length but we knew going into this that they would be long). Offering bow ties, shawls, and sashes to match the dress colors was a Godsend too. The prices are affordable & every single thing we've ordered has come earlier than expected! I'll be telling every bride I meet to check them out

I placed a custom order that came before anticipated so that was a plus. The customer service that I received with my questions and doubts was always very professional and helpful. When my beautiful dress came, just needed a little fixed in my waistband and they immediately gave me options to fix it quickly so I choose to take it to a tailor because I need it asap. As soon as I sent the tailor’s receipt, they refunded me with the cost of the tailor. Where do you see a customer service better than this? I’m impressed with the quality and the efficiency of this app. Thank you!

I cannot provide enough stars and compliments for this app. They are truly Leaders in the Industry. The representatives are trained well and hear your concerns. They work hard to address all consumers needs and minimize the stressors involved with major occasions. Customer service, customer care, and product quality is what ever consumer wants from a business. The representatives at this app provided that and more.

My shipment was delayed due to the many challenges in the world right now; I promptly emailed this app. Sophie was professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. She provided clear communication and regular updates until my bridesmaid dress arrived. The dress is beautiful. Thank you this app for caring; this type of customer service matters. I got married over this past weekend March 2018. My girls’ dresses were amazing! We’ve all previously been in weddings that required us to spend a large sum of money on a dress that’s made with terrible quality and we’d never wear again. We were excited to see that you could have your dress made to your personalized measurements for the same price as buying an off the rack stock size. The company is fantastic and my girls loved their dresses. They were so affordable especially when compared to all major retailers. I wanted to make sure my girls wouldn’t be out a ton of money for a 6 hour affair. You can’t go anywhere and get a custom bridesmaids dress for less than $130. Not only was the quality wonderful and the company quick but the customer service is spot on. They have been so unbelievably accommodating! The dresses came after 2-3 weeks. Best value ever! Wish this company was around for all my days as a bridesmaid... I could’ve saved thousands! Love love love! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

I cannot say enough about how convenient it was to use Azazie to search for an order a custom fitted bridesmaid dress for my sister’s wedding. I especially love the ability to select various filters to find the exact right dress for me, as well as the attention to detail on Azazie itself. For example, the pictures of the dresses clearly show that the color of the dress is NOT THE SAME depending on what fabric you select— in addition to having big bold warnings about ordering the right color and fabric all over the site! The whole process (from ordering swatches, to two rounds of sample dresses, to communicating via e-chat with a CS representative to get a couple questions answered, to finally ordering the official custom fitted dress) was exceptionally easy and FAST. So happy that my sister selected this app!! Highly recommend!!!

This is going to be a long one!

I have been a bridesmaid 16 times this coming April. I have worn any dress, you name it I’ve worn it. When it comes to the dresses, this app has the best pricing, colors, sizing, and styles. I love that you can order sample dresses for 10 dollars with free shipping and free returns. The return label comes in the box, y’all! You try the dress on, do a few twirls infront of your mirror, fold it back up, put it in the box, tape it shut, slap the return label on and take it to the fed-ex store!
Now with my own wedding in May 2021, I had my girls order their dresses and holy cow this app KILLED IT on the colors!! We ordered Daffodil yellow, and it’s gorgeous!! We had our groomsmen order their matching vests and ties too!

If you have any doubts and fell that you need to go to the big box store *cough* David’s *cough* Bridal... freaking don’t go there! The dresses I was told to order from that place were overprice trash. They ripped, the zippers broke and did I mention they are HUGELY overpriced!!
Also, this app let’s you order the dress size you want instead of being promoted by a sales associate to buy a bigger size just so they can change you for in house alterations. $$$$$$

Long story short, this is one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Give this store a chance, order a sample dress and prepare to be AMAZED!

I bought my Mother of the Groom dress through Azizie and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I opted for the custom fit. My first concern was the length because I’m 5.’11.5” tall plus I was wearing heels. They nailed the length. What impressed me the most however, was the fit! It was absolutely perfect. I’m 64 years old and have never gone bra less in my life. The dress I chose had to be worn without a bra. I sent my measurements in. When I got my dress and tried it on, it fit like a glove. It held my girls beautifully and I was completely confident all day long. It’s not an easy decision to buy a dress online, sight unseen for such an important occasion but I was super impressed with what I got. I took a leap of faith and I am glad I did! Everything I looked at in person didn’t come close to not only the quality of the dress, but also the price. I highly recommend going the custom route for a good fit.

I’ve shopped for my bridesmaids dresses for a few weddings now using this app and I have yet to find a site easier and more convenient to use. You can rent a Try-On dress for $10 to see if you like the style on your body, and what’s even better is that if you order 3 Try-On dresses, instead of being $10 each dress, you only end up paying $20. I’ve tried on dozens at this point and I am always blown away with the quality, comfort, prices, and size accuracy across the board of all the different silhouettes. Filtering through the dresses based on certain color palettes, fabric types, or embellishments is so insanely easy. And if you’re in a wedding where all the brides have to wear the same color, but different styles, you can start a collaboration list to see whose choosing what! I absolutely love Azazie. They’ve truly thought of everything. And their customer service is great as well! I will be using this app forever!

Azazie is very user friendly and navigable. I’ve had no trouble searching and ordering, with orders via UPS arriving on time and USPS surpising me as usual lol. My first go-around with my unfortunate practice-marriage I wasn’t given the option to search online and was dragged to boutiques to have the impersonal experience of others telling me what dress to choose. This time around, with the most supportive partner in the world set to be my husband, I’ve been able to try on high quality dresses that I loved delivered right to my door on my own that are extremely flattering, fashionable, and affordable. I’m so grateful I came across this company, and cannot recommend this enough for those looking to skip being pressured at boutiques, having too many people’s opinions given, and want to know that the store has what they’re looking to try on rather than a style online being “unavailable” or “sold out” on arrival. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, this app!

Absolutely stunning dress! My niece is getting married in late October and my son in mid November so my sister told me about this app because her bridesmaids are using them! I fell in love with the dress and ordered swatches and a try on dress for size and fit. I loved it even more and received my dress for my sons wedding yesterday! It fits like a glove and I couldn’t be happier with my selection and the great customer service! Highly recommend and now I’m looking for a dress to wear on a trip next month that will include an outdoor cocktail party. The dresses for these other events are beautiful and unbelievably inexpensive!
