I had about $3,500 in my account and then decided to transfer $2,500 to another bank, it however, never appeared in my other bank and disappeared from my credit union account. Took 14 days of asking what’s going on at the TTCU before I finally decided to just dispute the claim at USAA and USAA ended up getting my money back. However, yesterday I found out that I was -$1,500 in debt and this situation is still ongoing. so basically at the moment I am missing $1,000 and TTCU is asking I pay back $1,500 in money that they had lost in the first place. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.
The new version freezes constantly and I can rarely log in to get past the “view only” feature. I don’t like how they switched it to show the savings account before the checking account.
What was wrong with the old app? I’m so disappointed with this update.
I had to look up all of my Bill Pay information after the update deleted everything.
I just spent 5 minutes trying to Electronically deposit a check because I keep receiving multiple errors while trying to take a picture of the check.
I don’t like that I can’t get rid of the “Check your credit score” box at the top of TexasTechCreditUnion .
I also can’t arrange my accounts in the order that I want to see them in on TexasTechCreditUnion .
I’ve tried to add memos to transactions and they keep getting deleted.
I’m not sure what the purpose of updating (but really replacing) the old app. It was completely fine. Please don’t make another drastic change to TexasTechCreditUnion in the future without testing it out or surveying your customers before.
App crashes during mobile check deposit
The numbers to call are updated when they change. I haven’t had it crash while in use. The mobile transfer feature has continued to be invaluable. Thank you!
When I try to select the calendar date for recurring loan payments, the screen bugs out and I can’t finish setting up the transfer series.
Other than that, app works just fine.
I have been a member of the Texas Tech Federal Credit Union since the little bitty office it was located in the back of the Administration Building. And since then the TTFCU has helped me and my family purchase three vehicles and allowed me to receive a home equity loan. For the past 25 years or so I have relied on the TTFCU in pretty much all my financial decisions and they have always been there when I needed them. I am proud to be not only an Alumni of TTU but also a proud member of the TTFCU.

I’ve had an account for twenty years and I never had a problem till y’all changed TexasTechCreditUnion . It was poorly put together and all my info for paying bills was erased! I am 67 and that’s not nice to do to old people! Anyway I called and figured it out so far so hopefully there will be no more curveballs like that!
This is a great banking institution; they are the best and most reliable efficient and trustworthy.
I can’t imagine the knowledge about financial health that was provided by the bankers.

I love the credit scorecard feature— it’s my favorite part of TexasTechCreditUnion ! It notifies me when there are changes and I can constantly review my score. Also think this new app is much more simple and not as complex as the old one, makes it easier for me to find the things I’m looking for.
