What is Schedule Tech?
Schedule Tech is a scheduling app designed for businesses, organizations, communities, agencies, consultants, and local shops. It allows staff to keep track of their schedule shifts and brings the entire team together in one place. The app is user-friendly and customizable, with features for store login, schedule management, holiday tracking, and staff login.
- Store Login: Set up or log in to your account, send push notifications and messages between iPhones, customize email and SMS message templates, PDF view, date and time format, and color appearance on Schedule Tech. Staff can view other team members, their own pay rate, daily and weekly calculations, and update the number of holidays allowed in the business.
- Schedule: Add/edit schedule shifts, define break time, add title, description, location, and task, send SMS/email reminders, send weekly or monthly schedules by email, upload PDF and Excel files to Dropbox, send individual staff their PDF schedule, print schedule over air printer, and view shift comments added by staff.
- Holiday: Book staff holidays (full or half day), receive holiday requests from staff, approve or deny requests, track the number of holidays taken by individual staff.
- Staff Login: View their schedule, update personal details, send holiday requests, send messages between store and team members, customize iPhone calendar and alert notifications.

Thought downloading ScheduleTech would help manage my team schedules. Can’t seem to get pass the “add schedule” feature. App keeps crashing after you enter the second date in schedule. Tried several times-waste of time. Will try another app.

I just bought ScheduleTech because I would like to have a place with schedules and payroll together. I need to see the weekly schedule of all employees with the details/location/description showing as well. I need to see everything together. I'm not sure that ScheduleTech has enough flexibility.

It's pretty tedious to program everything in, you can't access the info via computer, there's a few bugs like sometimes it has a hard time logging in and having to back out to the calendar to move to the next week.
The cool advantage is it tallys up your hours and pay for each week.
ScheduleTech would be totally worth it of you could log into it on a computer.

ScheduleTech would be great if they improved the managing of the schedule. No monthly view?! That's basic in any scheduling app. The constant crashes when trying to edit schedules is annoying as well. Also...why can't I select all the employee schedules I want to delete? Having to delete one by one is time consuming. Fix these minor details and you'll definitely receive a 5 from me. Even if I have to pay for ScheduleTech !!!

I love ScheduleTech. Improve the 24 hr. shift time to a 12 hr scale am/pm and we have a winner. I like the monthly calendar idea as well. Most importantly my staff loves it!!! It takes a little extra time but it's worth it. The staff has their schedules at the tips of their fingers at a moments notice. No more "I miss read the schedule" issues!

Helpful software. I needed a scheduling program and this one has other helpful extras. If i was to suggest something though... Its, to make it easier to edit and manage the schedule. I also cant seem to jump ahead to other dates to make the schedule for next week. So im kind of in a pickle.

1. This is a great app idea but there is a lot of bugs
2. I have a lot of staffers that work 3 different shifts in a day and this only let's you put in 2
3. The calendar scroll is a bit sluggish
4. Needs a repeat option for my staffers who work the same schedule without change

Very good app but there's a glitch when you try to edit the schedule it crashes - instead you have to delete the info and re-enter it, once the glitch is fixed it'll be great

I love ScheduleTech, makes my life so much simpler, but only when it actually works. The new update looked nice until I actually tried to use it. I can't figure out how how to add someone to the schedule. The '+' add function is gone and I can't figure out how to add employees. Please fix!

Desperately needs an Update for the new iPad. Inoperative at the moment.
Otherwise it is a perfect app with the possible criticism of a more ergonomic schedule import. I would love a employee to date grid that exported to excel!

This thing is a total waste of time. It spends the whole time trying to connect to some servers instead of letting you schedule. Honestly, it is not worth it. If you are looking to get frustrated then buy this... You will get it. What a waste

ScheduleTech is awesome except that my staff doesn't like how it's in military time. I do love how you can email it to staff members and it saves a lot of paper waste.

I think it's ridiculous that as a manager I can't just make schedules. Why is it that my stylists need an account with you? I just want to make something for my reference. And I paid for ScheduleTech and I can't even use it now. Waste. Bad product.

ScheduleTech is ok! It needs to come out of military time!!! I like the setup a lot. A few minor bugs to sort out and ScheduleTech would be perfect.

It wood be nice if it feet the screen and if you did not have to pick one day at a time and if you can put a parson in and not have to git all there info to put them in because i do not need to send it to all so if they can fix that it wood be the best

2) can't change/edit job titles
3) can't change/edit business types

ScheduleTech has a lot of potential but right now you have to close ScheduleTech and then reopen it in order to see changes made (any editing of an already created shift). Another major pain is that while it adds up total scheduled hours per day, it doesn't do it for the week, making you reach for a calculator to add up all the days. Scheduling works mostly on a weekly basis, why not add up a total of weekly hours? If these 2 things were corrected, I would grade ScheduleTech 4 stars, and if the user interface is upgraded, it could be a 5 star app.
