I had about $3,500 in my account and then decided to transfer $2,500 to another bank, it however, never appeared in my other bank and disappeared from my credit union account. Took 14 days of asking what’s going on at the TTCU before I finally decided to just dispute the claim at USAA and USAA ended up getting my money back. However, yesterday I found out that I was -$1,500 in debt and this situation is still ongoing. so basically at the moment I am missing $1,000 and TTCU is asking I pay back $1,500 in money that they had lost in the first place. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

What was wrong with the old app? I’m so disappointed with this update.
I had to look up all of my Bill Pay information after the update deleted everything.
I just spent 5 minutes trying to Electronically deposit a check because I keep receiving multiple errors while trying to take a picture of the check.
I don’t like that I can’t get rid of the “Check your credit score” box at the top of the app.
I also can’t arrange my accounts in the order that I want to see them in on the app.
I’ve tried to add memos to transactions and they keep getting deleted.
I’m not sure what the purpose of updating (but really replacing) the old app. It was completely fine. Please don’t make another drastic change to the app in the future without testing it out or surveying your customers before.

The new version freezes constantly and I can rarely log in to get past the “view only” feature. I don’t like how they switched it to show the savings account before the checking account.
