Just has a spinning wheel when I try to add anything to my cart on app, excursions, add-ons like dining or water package. This is silly. If anyone heard about a fix for this, let me know. Doesn’t work on any browser either! Even with a vpn. Cruise is in a couple weeks.

I am having the same issue that most seem to be having. The app tells me that I have an incorrect login or password and will not submit when trying to reset the password. I have reset it online and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app all to no avail. Leaving soon on a cruise and would like too have the app working before I go. Any suggestions?

Cannot sign in to the mobile app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. "incorrect username/password. The reset tab is not working either. will not SUBMIT. The NCL website is fine and I can access my account on the laptop. The mobile app has the problem. Please LOOK at your app.

The FREAKING APP not working!! I'm looking at all the other posts and having the "same" issue. Get this resolved!! App does not recognize my UserID or Password. I'm able to login on my laptop. Not taking laptop with me on the cruise. This APP problem, after reviewing all your post on the app has been going on since April 2022. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled and even went to the app settings and cleared cache and data. The issue does not appear to be on the user end. Please resolve.

Can’t sigh. In, reset password over and over and still get invalid username or password. Been on hold several hours over a week, finally got to talk to a person but because my husband was not available.....they couldn’t help me!!! I can log into my account on the computer but the app says the log in info claims password, or user id or email incorrect

- Phone usually doesn't work, calls go directly to voicemail
