Subtrack crashes constantly. Want to add a subscription? Crash. Finally get one added and need to edit? Crash. This is terrible. iOS and macOS version both crash constantly. The dev said an update was coming weeks ago but it’s nowhere in sight. Asked Apple for a refund. I’d look elsewhere for your tracking needs.

Why don’t you tell people up front how many subscriptions you can enter before you have to go to the pay version!! Downloaded Subtrack and started entering subscriptions only to find out the max is only 3 for the free version. It’s not a matter of pay vs free it has to do with honesty. Let people know up front so they can make an informed decision prior to wasting time!!

I have been on the search for the perfect app that allows you to track subscriptions without having to enter bank information or pay upfront. This one seems promising. I am not sure what the difference between folders and tags are. The image import using URL does not work.
I do wish to see a skip button. No app has this and I have no idea why. Sometimes I do not plan to get the subscription and I wish I could have that reflected in my total. Just press skip and it goes to the next cycle date and subtracts from the total.
I am liking Subtrack due to the calendar feature. I do wish that I could set up manual calendars (i.e. enter my own dates and then be able see which subscriptions fall within those dates) to get a better picture per pay date.

I really love where Subtrack is going.
I wish Subtrack had the option of displaying my subscriptions in a list view... i have a ton of subscriptions and it would just be easier to see it all in a compact list format. Would be even better if that list could be grouped by tags, which then could be obviously sorted different ways... alphabetically, by cost, by due date, etc.
Also wish I could set a global reminder for all subs and then override specific ones if needed by setting a [custom] reminder in each specific subscription entry.
Lastly, I think it would also be great if I could enter dates that I subscribed originally to various apps/services so that I could see not only how much i pay per year for each app, but it would also be cool to see how much I’ve spent on each app subscription if I’ve renewed it for 4yrs — not only on a per app basis, but historically (how much i spent on apps in 2018, 2019, 2020, etc so i could identify spending trends etc.
A great app already with even greater potential!

I like how easy it is to add new entries and the logo gets filled in.
I’d love to see options to upload your own photo icon for subscriptions that aren’t already in the database, and an expansion of the list to include automatic expenses like recurring charitable contributions and retirement account contributions. In the meantime I’ll just use custom tags. I’d like to see a “duplicate entry” option for similar expenses that will populate the fields but allow you to make the couple of changes for the other entry. If I could group certain tags together into a breakdown of “essential expenses” and “non-essential”, that would be awesome to see where I could make changes to my budget if need be.

The custom icons are terribly inconsistent. There’s no clear design language. As someone who really cares about UI/UX, Subtrack is flawless in many ways except the icons.
Also, a way to archive instead of delete subscriptions for those who constantly switch between canceling and reactivating.
Other than that, it’s a great app!

Didn’t think I’d use this until I downloaded and input all the data. Then bought Pro right away. Subtrack is simple, yet awesome, and I highly recommend it.

Not only can Subtrack help you tack your subscriptions, but it also doesn’t collect data! How awesome is that?

Simple layout, visually intuitive and works well. Recommend and looking for updates over time. Thanks!

One of the best I’ve seen to track subscriptions. Clean interface and easy to use. Didn’t realize how much I needed it until I started adding all mine to Subtrack .

Great app...seems to synch ok between MBP and iPad but having some issues with iPhone. Will wait awile and maybe re-install. Was doing this in Notes and Numbers but this is better...quicker.

Subtrack checks all the boxes for me:
- Works on iOS and Mac
- Built natively for these platforms using modern tech
- Simple creation of new subscriptions
- Insightful aggregate summary
There’s definitely some rough edges and some features I’d like to see added, but I’m super excited to see where Subtrack goes. The need for it only grows as my subscription list gets bigger and bigger! (I’d even be willing to subscribe to Subtrack!)

Latest update fixed the issue I was having. I like the layout and how it works. I’ll be upgrading in a month after I test it out for awhile. Glad developer allows a test drive.

By now I’m sure everybody has tons of subscriptions. I know I do. Subtrack is a super easy and convenient way to keep track of them!

This is a very useful app for keep tracking my monthly or yearly base subscriptions. However, the greatest thing about Subtrack is not about Subtrack , but the developer! Mohit is a very kind and enthusiastic developer that deserves 5-star rating!

I needed something to keep track of my subscriptions and monthly bills and this is PERFECT! So easy to set up and one cost $2.99 gets you the iPad, iPhone and Mac app. WOW on that and everything syncs to all devices so only need to enter once. A big THANKS to the developer for making a very handy and nice app.

Finally! I have been wanting an app to keep up with my subscriptions for along time. I have been using Notes to keep a list. But this app greatly improves on that by keeping up with due dates and the amount my subscriptions are costing.

I love how it supports multiple currencies and keeps the user interface simple.
Here are my suggestions for Subtrack :
• Optimized UI (more white-space and margin) around the forms since the text boxes and input fields look ridiculous on my 27" iMac.
• The option to add my own custom app icons
• A better date picker
• More options for the reminder (e.g., One month before)
• Markdown support for the notes section (like Bear app)
• More grouping feature to show the items that are close to their date of subscription (e.g., Two weeks, this quarter, etc,...)
I would also love to see a widget in the control center of my mac for a quick look at how my subscriptions are doing.
You are a great developer Mohit, I paid the premium price to use all the features and like using your app.

I like having my app near to make my budget better . I stil thnk it can use some improvements, example reminders via calendar of a date near. Yet it is great to see the big picture.

Simple and to the point with a lot of great info easy to access (daily, monthly, and annual percentage really puts things into perspective)

App is very nicely developed and looks and feels like a native Apple app. Neither Google/Android nor Microsoft have such an app. Should be App of the Day!

I love Subtrack ! A few subscriptions I have that aren't in Subtrack are DoorDash for food delivery, HP Instant Ink for printer supplies and YouTube TV. Keep up the great work!!!
