Pin Genie Vault not working anymore for 3-4 weeks despite uptodate on iOS. Accessing Security Notes it appears the information is lost. If I press on a specific note, text will appear for one second and then disappears.

How to fix Lockly Vault app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lockly Vault app on iPhone
Update Lockly Vault app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lockly Vault iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lockly Vault on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lockly Vault network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lockly Vault Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lockly Vault not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lockly Vault App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lockly Vault » click [Force Stop]

Update Lockly Vault to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lockly Vault App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lockly Vault » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lockly Vault.

Fix Lockly Vault unable to contact server/ Lockly Vault internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lockly Vault » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lockly Vault » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lockly Vault
