Private Photo Vault Status

I’m still having the loading still loading issue. It’s been 4 months since I’ve been able to access the app. Their support team is awful and isn’t even trying to help. Has anyone else had this issue?

My app has been stuck in “loading, still loading, updating data” screen for over a month and the support team seems to have no idea how to fix the issue

Am struggling to play my private videos, it keep saying file wont open

My private photo app been freezing for a few days, now it won’t allow me to access my photos

I can't get access to open the vault it's keep saying get started to for a new password. Which it wasn't like that, I usually enter my password and view my photos and videos. When I do click get started and set a new password and confirm it, it jumps off and saying photo vault has stopped. Please help I need back my photos and videos

I am unable to access my subscription. I am unable to sign in. I uninstalled the app & re-installed it and now All my pictures appear to be gone. Before that I was unable to upload video.

Every time I open it it's forced close it's been like that for a couple of weeks
