Domino s Pizza Guam Reviews

DominosPizzaGuam is insanely outdated, slow, and buggy. I spent 30min trying to use it and it was just one bug after another, I’ve tried many times to use the all but 9/10 times it doesn’t work. Much less the lack of features compared to the US version of DominosPizzaGuam .

I had a really tough time trying to place my order. It took me about 15 mins just trying to figure out what my next step after placing my store location. Dominos got to make a more user friendly app.

Every time I have tried to pay through DominosPizzaGuam with my card it glitches. It won’t let me pay through DominosPizzaGuam and I end up having to cancel my order or pickup at the store if I wanted delivery. If I wanted someone else to pick it up for me I’d have to go to the atm or give them my card. Please fix this thank you.

There’s no where to write any special instructions, like if I want my pizza well done for example . And, when trying to do the contactless request, it wasn’t available, the “place your order” feature doesn’t show up on the screen.

It’s an, ok app they keep promoting it but they never really fix the problems/bugs of DominosPizzaGuam , I’d rather call but they have deals when you order on DominosPizzaGuam
If you’re gonna make me use it make it functional better

I like DominosPizzaGuam , but I have to give it a 4 star because there is no option to add my credit card to pay. I do not have a paypal account.

I love the ease of ordering online; but recently every time I do, I notice that the progress tracker doesn’t update. Which means I have to call Dominoes to see if my order is complete or not.

App needs improvement. Should be more user friendly.

Quick and easy to use and the tracker is so helpful when I’m in a rush. I always know when it’s done

Once I realized there was an app just for Guam it worked fine.

Better than ordering on the phone

Delivered 30 mins after my pre order and them opening the store, good drivers and mild mistakes like ranch sauce but it’s normal

It is always convenient knowing about your order because people usually make orders for events , so DominosPizzaGuam helps a lot tremendously because it updates customers through the tracker without customers having the guess when their orders are ready. Love it

App is easy to navigate and order

It helps that you don’t have to call in orders and you don’t have to stand in line to place an order. Just log in to your account and choose what to order and place and choose to pay at store on credit cards .

Awesome app! Let’s me order quick & efficient! Never have to wait for someone to pick up the phone!

I love that I do not need to place my order over the phone. I use app and make my own pizza or get speciality pizza. Paying is so easy now that I just go use the drive thru pay at the window and picked my order. Awesome

The deals are amazing and DominosPizzaGuam works well
I just wish it didn’t have as much of a delay when clicking things but overall it’s worth a 5-star rating in my opinion
