I’ve only found a few gems.

I’ve had about five different orders of 2-10 items of clothing that I bought from here and I only find about one, maybe zero, clothes that I like from those orders. I love my jeans, even though it’s hard to find my exact size since they never make jeans the same size anymore... That’s about it. The shirts are super thin and see through, they’re nothing like what it shows. I’d have to wear a tank top under all the shirts. I’m fat and I get hot easily. The shoes are not at all meant for wide feet so I’d avoid those. Even if they did fit my feet, a lot of them are really trashy... super cheep. Stuff you’d find at the dollar store.. I like this one parka jacket I found but still haven’t gotten a chance to actually wear it yet, but it’s a great fit.. only downside is that I had to order a size up... every since top runs small. If you’re a 1x, get a 2x. If you’re a 2x, get a 3x.. I’ve even had to order some 3x’s and they still run small. My regular size is usually 1x-2x depending on the shirt. Overall, it truly is a great store but just needs some tweaks. Love the variety of plus size clothing, shoes, and that they included a kids section. Especially that they have an app. But, I’m gonna have to stop shopping here, everything just either runs too small or way too big.

Love my items

I love the experience of shopping with Rainbow online vs going in the store. There’s more discounts online than in the stores and besides it’s more convenient for me now because I no longer live close to the store. Every item I’ve purchased is true to size !! I highly recommend Rainbow for online orders. It’s worth it and they also have new things online just about everyday.

App is not working right

As soon as I updated RainbowShops, the stuff I had in my cart got deleted. On top of that that as soon as I open RainbowShops I continuously get notified that I need to update like every minute or two. I can’t even use RainbowShops , it doesn’t let me. RainbowShops has been updated. I proceeded to uninstall it and reinstall it and I’m still getting the same problem. I have turned off my phone and turned it back on and it doesn’t work. It’s upsetting all around that I can’t even use it. This is a regular app I use and it’s practically unusable since the last update. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it’s been updated with the current iOS and still not working. Please fix this.

Worst customer service

I like the clothes and prices but why have customer service if they can’t fix anything. They had an app error and I’m getting shoes that I didn’t want with some clothes that I did want. The order has not processed yet and they told me that there is nothing they can do. Being sick and homebound, I always shop online, and I don’t have ways to take and return something to a store or go by the post office to ship it back out. Last time I will deal with this company bc it’s too many online companies that have have good clothes for good prices with ppl that work there that really can help you. That tells me they’re there for no reason.

Love rainbow

I know what I’m getting the fits are as described and I just love their clothes ! I had one order that I purchased red boots and they sent me tan ones but they refunded me quickly it was a disappointment because I wanted the red boots but I still shop from them online religiously lol the clothes are good material too ! Only had one pair of pants (dress pants, very light material ) rip after going through the wash which was disappointing but not the end of the world !

My favorite one stop shop

I check my Rainbow app everyday to make sure that I get a jump start on the latest trends before they sell out. At Rainbow, I am able to put together fashionable high end looks, from head to toe, for a fraction on the price! I have been a fan for decades and will continue to shop at Rainbow for as long as you exist.

No ratings option visible

Try to only look at clothing in store as sometimes they come out tackier and having odd textures. You also can’t really see what other people are saying about a specific product like how it fits and if it’s true to what’s told ok RainbowShops . Bought tacky looking joggers from them but I’m not able to leave a review on the joggers to warn other customers. Please add review/rating option, it’s one of the best conveniences of shopping online. Other clothing apps have review options since it makes shopping nicer for consumers.

I like rainbow itself but

My issue is with RainbowShops . I’m glad that they decided to upgrade the old one but it would’ve been nice if the update did not log me out of my account. Now I can’t get back in. Keeps telling me incorrect email or password and I know for a fact it’s correct. When I try to reset my password and put in my email, it tells me the same thing. That doesn’t make any sense. That’s how I know the issue is with RainbowShops . I guess my only option is to create a new account which I really don’t want to. You guys should really look into this

You guys went from greatness to garbage

1) the pages make you start from the top every so often even though you are halfway through the page- it refreshes and screws you up
2) what happened to “Brooklyn”? If you are not going to carry active wear that says “Brooklyn”, then you have nothing for me.
3) the selection of active wear is crap- it used to be great
4) you used to put tops and bottoms next to each other in active wear so we could match up our outfits, but you stopped doing that.
Disappointing and an unpleasant experience!

Great Online Store App!

As being a shopaholic I deal with several websites and their apps as well.
This one is really is the best so far and with very economic prices! It accepts international Credit Cards and Paypal. There’s really barely glitches with RainbowShops. I like the swipe down to go back function. Everything is clearly, enough fabric description. In love with this website!

I remember shopping at Rainbow when I was a teenager. I opened my Instagram page about a month ago and saw the “Rainbow” and I got very excited. I instantly installed RainbowShops and began to shop. I can stay off of RainbowShops now. I even told my 15 year old daughter to download RainbowShops and put some items in her cart. I love love love the sandals. All of them.

Ehh

First time ordering from Rainbow’s app usually don’t bother to go in their stores but i needed some stuff for my upcoming trip and my friend recommended. Ordering everything went smooth but I’m pressed for time...every time i try and check my shipping status from my email it shoots me to the apps home page. From there i go to more and try to click “orders” but nothing happens! It just freezes. I’ve logged in and out, restarted my phone, & deleted RainbowShops ...nothing. Rainbow get your shipping together 🙄

I love to shop at Rainbow! Rainbow offers many different styles of clothes, I can buy clothes to wear to work, clothes to lounge in and even clothes to go out on the town in!!!! I love the variety!! Returns are difficult

I love everything about Rainbow with The exception of returning. Most products do not arrive with tags making the return process a three hour ordeal as the store has to recreate a tag while you waist for each item. It literally takes 2-3 hours for me to do a return at the volume I’m accustomed to ordering.

I hardly ever write reviews but I had too! I downloaded RainbowShops and thought it was to good to be true. Boy was I wrong! I ordered from them and received my clothes super fast! My friend and co worker had the cutest style. I asked her one day where she got all of her cute clothes at, and that was the day that my online rainbow addiction started. Great Company, Horrible App

I love Rainbow in all its affordability and adorable clothing. RainbowShops , however, needs some serious improvements. Among many issues, it’s really frustrating to have to start all over again and try to go back where I was on the page if I get a phone call or try to check notifications. It’s also pretty difficult trying to go back to the previous viewed item. Please fix this!

Getting Irritated!!!!

I have never had any issues with RainbowShops until this new update!!!! I just got back on today after not being on since this new update happened on my phone yesterday now constantly while being on RainbowShops it keeps interrupting my shopping by saying there’s a new update and won’t let me ship and keeps making me go to my App Store, CONSTANTLY!!!!!!!! It’s really freaking annoying and my phone already updated RainbowShops so there is NO update! FIX IT!!!!!!

Wishlist Missing

Great app for affordable clothing but the option to favorite or add items to the wishlist is gone all of sudden. I really wish they didn’t take that away as I feel it is important to shoppers who want to come back later for something whether it’s out of stock or just something u can’t decide on. That’s my only issue so far with RainbowShops .

I have been shopping at Rainbow since Junior High and I love them!!!!!! I recently just started ordering online and was told I would get my clothes in 4-9 business days but I order my clothes Wednesday night around 10 and my clothes are at my house by Saturday morning!! I will always support!!

I found the pant that's modern now in style. But I couldn't see a jacket that matches. I hope the store comes up with something I can wear with my olive cargo hem pant. I hope I can see the jacket at the store because I got credit for something I had to return.

I have never had a problem with any of the stores. Returns have always been easy as long I have not removed the tags and still have my receipts. I still have things from 7 years ago that I can match with newer items. I don't see a real problem and I've never had a serious problem with fitting. If I don't like it, I simple return it. I do wish the clothes on the website were available in store. I don't like on line orders. I'm glad you're still around especially when things are so expensive.

I'm disabled so getting out for me isn't always easy that's why I do 100% of my shopping online several times per week. Upon attempting to return online purchases at a Rainbow shop location the manager insisted that their store had a 7-day return policy should customer want cash payment and that my only option was in-store credit. I told her that wasn't true, that it's a 30-day return policy and that I don't want cash but for my credit card to be refunded. She refused, I left and the following day I called customer service. Customer Service stated that the manager was incorrect and that she herself hates when the store employees give out wrong information and she apologized to me for the clerk/manager's actions. Customer Service then instructed me to return to the store, explain the return policy to the manager and show the manager the back of my order slips that detailed their policy; also the representative instructed me to call Customer Service department back while in store should the manager continue to refuse to accept return under the correct policy. So, I returned a couple of days later and instructed my son to record the interaction because I felt that the manager was going to give me a hard time and I knew that if I was being recorded as well that I would control responding negatively according to the manager's disrespectful attitude and behavior. Needless to say, the same manager gave me the same response, I told her she was incorrect and showed her the return policy on the back of my order form and she still insisted that she was right, that she's been telling customers about the return policy there for a long time and that even on the back of their receipts printed out after purchases that the return policy states "7-days". I said to her that just because the receipts states that, that doesn't mean it's correct information and that I'm going to call customer service so that she can hear/speak with them and she replied, "Go ahead but it's not going to make a difference or change anything." I called customer service and as I explained the situation the manager leaves the counter as if she didn't want to hear what the representative had to say about the return policy. The manager then reacts to my son recording the incident by saying: Oh, he's recording me! He's recording me! Who does that! I replied, "Who gives out incorrect information?" She then tells my son to stop recording and we refused so she instructed another employee to call security on my son. By this time several more employees surround the checkout counter, a few of which kept interjecting while the customer service rep on my speaker phone gave the store policy. The manager continues to respond negatively to my son and he respond back to her that he wasn't doing anything wrong nor being disrespectful and that she was acting a little bit extra. She then was told by another employee to go to the back and calm down. Another older employee asked my son to walk away with them and I instructed my son to stay by my side. Another older employee whom stood by the counter beside me the entire time thought it was necessary to chastise our 20yr old son by telling him that he shouldn't have been disrespectful to the manager because she has sons too and that Black young men are getting into trouble , etc. I ask how was he being disrespectful because he didn't curse nor call her names? The lady contined to talk, not answering my question so I asked twice exactly what did he say that was disrespectful? She never responded even when our son asked her the same question; instead she continued to chastise him. They still refused to acknowledge the customer service rep nor the policy on the back of my order form, telling me to come back a THIRD TIME when the District Manager would be available! I refused whilst the customer service rep continued to explain over and over Rainbow's return policy. Finally an employee called the District Manager, placed her on the speaker phone and the District Manager reiterated THREE times EXACTLY what the customer service rep and I both explained to them several times. Needless to say, another manager came from another store at the shopping complex and refunded my card accordingly. There was this employee named Ashley whom were courteous to me the entire time we were there (about 20-25min). Ashley apologized several times while the manager that was rude NEVER apologized nor acknowledged she was wrong about the return policy. She was more concerned about the video being placed on social media and about being right rather than providing exceptional customer service. I've never experienced anything like this whenever I've made business or consumer transactions. This was an awful, unprofessional, unforgettable experience in which I hope to never experience again.
