My password does not work, I have been a member for 3-4 months. How do you reset the password?
I set up Gibson apk in bluestacks android emulator on windows and all seemed well. Now I go to a lesson and it won’t let me choose wired or wireless headphones to continue the lesson. I can click on the boxes but it won’t recognize I’ve made a choice. App will only let me continue without headphones
Premium mode is still locked after subs paid
Most frequently the app will freeze when trying to load with the blonde hair guy sitting on a stool and holding a guitar and it will not respond. the white line indicating that it loaded will be all the way to the right but nothing happens. I'm running this on an ipad. It worked recently but not now.
Gibson app on iPad Pro 2nd gen running iOS v.15.6.1 will not open
When I enter the practice mode it plays music but I can only see the notes when I pause it otherwise all I see is the scale
Hi, I have tried using your app with my Google pixel 6 phone with no luck. I have tried using 3 different pairs of Bluetooth headphones, they all work with the phone but the app doesn't recognize they are connected. I also purchased a 3.5mm jack to usb c to try a pair of wired headphones, the app recognized they were connected, but did not pick up any sound through the microphone. No sure what to try now.
