Bad customer service
They lost my order, and no way to ask for a refund
I ordered 100 sar riyal worth of pizza’s and got 240 points. In MaestroPizza they say 1 SAR = 10 points but once you start ordering they tell you each products is prices differently and only give you part of the points
At the first time, my order had canceled on its own. Second time, the location arrow doesn't show up, i can't determine my location. Please fix your app!!!

Hangs constantly.
Have to shut MaestroPizza and relaunch. By that time your cart is reset and have to start over!!!!!

You can’t see the price of listed items on menu. You have to add it then go to checkout to see how much it is!?
Isn’t this against the law!!!?

It’s the worst app I ever deal with 👎 they placed my order took the payment yet not delivered my order and when I called their customer care then they told me it shown no order placed for me !!!!
im totally surprised from u developers team .. plz try to use MaestroPizza & i dare u if u not getting bored.
It’s lagging & so slow, bad style .... a lot of other thing.. add to that when u finally make ur amazing order & select everything & come to request order stage ???? is not working !

MaestroPizza can't store address. When you finish order and submit it, it will show no order! Had to do it 3 times because of some glitch. Don't recommend it at all. They need to fix it.
Was forced to download MaestroPizza to get an offer of buy 1 pizza get 1 for free, downloaded MaestroPizza and ordered the 2 pizzas, but they made me pay for both! Customisation is horrible, app is hard to use, and it doesn't show the offer conditions properly

I can’t open the cart to check out almost everytime
It took away my loyalty promo and never gave it back
I’d rather use the website which is slightly better

Try to order 2 kids meals you can’t.
You order one then it shows x1 there is no option to make it x2
And if you click on start over it will remove everything.
Just remove MaestroPizza and call them on the phone better but you will not have discounts on delivery. Let’s hope the pizza is good.

Many many bugs with it, starting from phone number format which isn’t ready for other countries!
Bugs to sign in, verify. Currency only in SAR and the list go on. Be ready before branching out to new countries
Cannot order from MaestroPizza . Takes ur money without making the order. Doesn't let you finish ur order and suddenly lag. I think you should update MaestroPizza or find any other solution. Trust me, you will start loosing customers or might have started loosing already !
Charged my credit card and never showed the order to track so I went in a long terrible process where everyone working there claim there is nothing they can do. MaestroPizza is super slow and hard to scroll and freezes none stop.
This pizza is one of my favorite and i'm a usual customer, but i had the worst experience ever with the mobile app and the customer support team, also i did not get my money back until now. please accept my honest opinion in case there is any upcoming upgrades.
the application is very slow, crashes and paying online lags and does not click on “click here to redirect” after inserting payment info. trying to order was really frustrating. run fix asap. i also recommend adding a note section or option before checking out orders. will be very helpful.
App is very easy to use. Pizza is okay. What you would expect from fast food institutional restaurants. Service is quick and quality of the product is good.
The food is deliciuos and the driver is very fast and everything is very good

REASONABLE PRICES: this app has changed the Pizza industry in KSA FOREVER. I still remember spending fortune on Pizzas every weekend because of the GREEDY competitors (Yes I mean Domino’s Pizza) but now with this app the prices are ?

OPTIONS: More than you can imagine. From the variety of doughs, toppings and even appetizers and desserts that goes perfectly with the main delicious courses. They also have vegetarian options and healthy options to suit everyone’s needs.
TECH: this app have ALWAYS used the latest tech. Digital menu screens in every branch so you can order easily and pay for your meal.
App: when it comes to their app it’s Marvellous. Easy to use and navigate. You’ll have the choice to pay using debit card/ credit card/ ApplePay or cash on delivery. You can also customize your order to your liking and easily satisfy any picky eaters.
It also has loyalty programs which every customer is automatically registered to. You can earn free Pizzas.
