Yeah, the prior user interface had some awkward redundancy areas but it worked very well and was rather straightforward. Now I have to click another button to see all my bank accounts at once instead of just seeing them all upon login and the way the balance is listed within the accounts now does not read like a typical ledger-based layout. And to boot on the homepage there is an easy access button for me to apply for another account of which I don’t need and get to look at every single time I login. It is also terrible to have a blurry looking background encompassing the content of most every page I look at. How utterly annoying! Now I get eye strain just looking at their website.

I was looking forward to being able to turn my iPhone sideways to view my account in a much larger & easier to read format.I also never could find my deposits.

My computer quit working years ago so I do everything I need to do on my iPhone.

Dear Alpine bank,I hope your not finished “improving” Alpine online.

It might be awesome if I could get into it. It doesn't like my login (which I am positive is correct as I use a program to keep all the details). Fine, I'll change my password -go through all the rigamarole with social security number, account number etc, put in a new password....and the update button does nothing. Nada. Have tried multiple times in multiple ways. Have uninstalled and reinstalled.

App got slightly better after the update we really appreciate that but the major problem it was after the update Alpine bank lost all connectivity with PLAID that’s is all major bank/loan/cash apps so if you had an account with those apps we basically lost now because you can’t connect to your bank anymore, hope you guys can get that fix pretty soon

This new app consistently has errors syncing my accounts that have been connected for years. The all black background makes it very difficult to read. This version is infinitely worse than the previous, I see no new options that we couldn’t do before. They should have fixed the bugs before making us use this. Shame on you, Alpine Bank.

Hate the dark black background font is difficult to read, very small and close together hate having to tap to take a picture. Picture of check looks so far away even though you frame it. Do you not test this stuff before you put it out there? Ow I have spent 5 minutes messing around with a nick name bc all of the ones I have put in are taken.

When I go to AlpineBank it says that there is a new version available and I have toHit that to start the login process. It is just One extraStep but it doesn’t feel right.
When I try to log out it asks me for my passcode and then just takes me right back to the home screen like AlpineBank is open.

Initially, I was pleased with the new app. It appeared to offer some modern banking functionality and better integrate into a larger fintech ecosystem. Alpine Bank has always been responsive and swift to reply. Until lately. They have a seemingly useful Messages functionality with AlpineBank , but two days later, my messages sit without reply. And they tout the ability to use Zelle within AlpineBank , but nowhere I can find does that functionality actually exist. Pretty disappointing deployment just a few months in.

Love the new bright upbeat picture and I love using just my pin to get in and it’s very understandable thank you I always need help I’m not very techy

Now that Alpine Bank just got AlpineBank everything is so much easier!

Depositing checks is simple and easy! Their app is now better that first “roll-out”.

Hands down, the best bank I’ve ever used. I have had several accounts with credit unions and regional banks, as well as major banks in the past. And the customer service, ease of use,and lack of gouging over every little fee is unbeatable in every way.

This new app has a sleek interface and great functionality once you use it a few times!

So easy to use AlpineBank for mobile banking. And, the one time I needed help, I sent a message and it was answered early the next day by Brittaney. Great customer service.

I liked the old app and I liked the old way of looking at it on my computer as well. This is so convoluted and so confusing but I absolutely hate it.

I loved the previous app the way it was and honestly wasn’t looking forward to an update, but the new features are so awesome I’m glad to see there is more access at our fingertips on top of increase in security to ease my mind. Great remodel, love being with Alpine bank.

It's great. Super efficient and you can do a lot on it with minimal effort. Looks good and is easy to use and keeps track of your spending perfectly. You can customize settings to get notifications for certain transactions or unusual activity. Yeah this is a really swag app

I’ve updated AlpineBank . Now every time I open it, it asks me to update AlpineBank , with no other option.
So, I click “ok” and it tells me I’ve already updated AlpineBank .

AlpineBank doesn’t work it’s not updating and showing me the correct amount

Try again Alpine Bank. This new version is a failure.

Hard to navigate to complicated

Assume servers are busy.

New version makes you start two factor authentication. Won’t send a text message with the code. Can’t get into my accounts. Been preparing for this for days according to the old app and it doesn’t work. No more mobile banking for me I guess. Fix AlpineBank or go back to the old app.

Lots of new features, looks good, & easy to use.
