My account balances are indicating updating error, try syncing. I have opened and closed my phone app numerous times and not getting and change

Alpine bank services are down havent been able to access account or pay for anything for 2 hours now.

To resolve Alpine Bank network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Alpine Bank App
1. On android, goto Settings » Alpine Bank » click [Force Stop]

Clear Alpine Bank App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Alpine Bank » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Alpine Bank.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Alpine Bank » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Alpine Bank » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Alpine Bank
