I booked a parking space in Barcelona. When I arrived late in the evening, there was no designated or available parking space for me. The attendant asked me to leave my car key. I reluctantly complied. A week later, when I went to pick up my car, there was a different attendant who could not find my key. I left Barcelona without my second key. I contacted this app and asked for their assistance, but they said they don’t help customers in case of trouble. The main problem with this answer is that your contractual relationship is with this app. Therefore, you’re better off finding parking through googlemaps.

Be very careful with this apps. Dont leave any card details as it is reused while you dont know, in places you are not even there. Erase everything, both car plates and cards, and check everyday that your information is not misused.
This apps is not trustworthy.

reserved parking for 20 euros and got charged 108 euros in the end. Hard to get customer service. When I did they gave some story that I should have gotten an email and I needed to validate the reservation via email. There was no such email.

Stole 150€ from me. Acknowledged it was their mistake only after I threatened them to report them for fraud. Left me withthe FX fees on my side even though it was 100% their fault. Avoid at all costs.

My dad uses this app and it usually works pretty well for him. So I just started using it myself. I got a monthly subscription to this underground parking lot. The first day it worked nicely to enter the parking lot by just reading the license plate. However already when I was trying to exit the parking lot later that day, it didn’t recognize my license plate right away (I had to back up and pull back in). When I re-entered the parking lot later that evening it worked without a problem once again.

The second day, this morning, I was trying to exit the parking lot to drive to work. It would however not open for me as it said my license plate was wrong. I tried the QR code, still didn’t work. Backed up and drove up to the gate again hoping it would detect my license plate this time. It didn’t. So I had to call the assistance who apparently didn’t have me in the system even though on the this app app it clearly shows that I paid the monthly subscription and that my license plate should be recognized as valid. The lady finally let me go but told me I should contact this app about this.

I paid the monthly pass and still had to take a parking ticket at the entrance when I entered the parking this evening, and it still didn’t recognize me and people were waiting behind.

So I just tried to call them, however all the customer service lines die after 3 seconds which is very disappointing...

Finally I love parking my car. It's so convenient now. Register the licence plate in OPnGO and a credit card number and by magic all gates open automatically when you go in and out. Your invoice is send via email within seconds. Awesome. !
