My beniversal card is not being accepted for payment on the Traintime app, even though it has confirmed balance and I've used the same card before on the app successfully.

The train time app looks like it has been hacked. does not show complete station names or text in any of the screens very glitched out and gives payment error when trying to purchase ticket. Started happening once phone updated to ANDROID 13

I'm getting the same errors as Syd: - SDK_ERROR_STORAGE_100 when I try to select a railroad - SDK_200 when I try to log in I'm on a Pixel 6 Pro running Android 12. I've got a working internet connection and have reinstalled the app multiple times. I've also got 58 GB free.

Purchased monthly ticket for July for West Haven to Darien. Took 2 weeks off from work for vacation. Went to open app on my Android phone phone and received message that I was logged out due to inactivity. Couldn't remember password so I reset it. Upon logging back in to app my ticket wallet was empty and stored cards were gone. Ticket history showed purchases and uses that were not mine. There are 3 days left in the month of July and I would like to use the July Monthly ticket that I already paid $145.00 for. Please help.

I'm getting an SDK_ERROR_STORAGE_100 message. Also, the following error when I log in: ERROR Code: SDK_200. My phone is running Android 10. I have 3.5 GB of internal storage available, and 2 GB of external storage on SD card. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Can you help resolve the issue? Thank you.

I purchased tickets on the app today, received my receipt promptly but tickets have not loaded to the Ticket Wallet. How can this be completed?

App never works on Android. Wish I could post a screenshot of error messages. Can't make a purchase on MNR or LIRR. May as well just delete the app. It hasn't worked for as long as I can remember. Was hoping to try again today with some success.

I just bought 2 peak passes from Bridgeport to gean central. The money was taken outta my account and I have no passes. I need a refund or tickets to commute tomorrow morning. Please respond asap

It has been 5 days that I have been getting error messages (SDK Error Storage 100 & SDK 200) I have made several calls to MTA and no one seems to know what the problem is, meanwhile it is costing me a bundle to commute to work! This app has given me several headaches! Apparently, the team that created the app is in the west coast and Im guessing, they can't resolve it!! I am so disgusted at this time!!!

Hi I changed my password and I still can’t get into the app

- No ability to add paper monthly into the app

- Mandatory auto updates

- False advertisement

- Transaction didn't seem to go through

- Cancellation has to be made within 2 mins of purchase

- Refund fees for each ticket
