1. Despite having warehouses in the vicinity, orders come late almost always.
2. App shows a particular product in stock but the delivery comes with the item missing and a sorry note.
3. Customer service over chat is ridiculously slow.
4. If you place an order after 7:00pm, you can forget about receiving the order the same day.
5. Improved service since it’s inception, but still hugely undependable.
6. Generic customer support messages for most questions, even when they’re unique ones.
To the developer: If you’re planning to respond with the following message, then don’t bother responding—
“We apologize that our service did not satisfy
your expectations. In the last couple of months,
we have improved our services in many ways
and we are still working to make it better.
