I ordered from them at the express delivery. The delivery time was from 12:00 pm to 1 pm. But they started calling me at 8 am. I properly mentioned address they still started saying weird things. At 1 :23 pm they called me and said they're infront if my house. And I should bring a bag with me. (They didn't even brought a bag) anyways still I went downstairs and found none there. When I called them again they told me they're still not here. So what's the point of asking me to come downstairs with bags? And what kind of delivery is this? Where I've to call the delivery man Everytime! I received my order one hour late. They took shipping fee but didn't even provide a bag. It's really rude! It's much much better to shop from grocery shops. I'll never ever shop from them again in my life!

1. Despite having warehouses in the vicinity, orders come late almost always.
2. App shows a particular product in stock but the delivery comes with the item missing and a sorry note.
3. Customer service over chat is ridiculously slow.
4. If you place an order after 7:00pm, you can forget about receiving the order the same day.
5. Improved service since it’s inception, but still hugely undependable.
6. Generic customer support messages for most questions, even when they’re unique ones.
To the developer: If you’re planning to respond with the following message, then don’t bother responding—
“We apologize that our service did not satisfy
your expectations. In the last couple of months,
we have improved our services in many ways
and we are still working to make it better.

Extremely disappointing service. I placed an order 20 hours in advance for the next day, expecting to receive everything on time. However, after 20 hours, I was notified that the products I ordered were out of stock. They didn't bother to check the stock during this entire time. I trusted them to fulfill their responsibilities, but if they continue to neglect their duties, it will lead to serious problems. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
