Awesome app!
This app is the best! No longer do I have to find a location to buy a bus pass. Discounts are always awesome too. I’m also very thankful that if my phone service is off due to not being able to afford to pay the bill at the time I can still access my bus pass. That was one thing that I was worried would happen and so glad it doesn’t. Thank you for making life so much easier!

Fix card issues
I tried paying a fare with one card and got rejected and tried another one but I have to constantly refresh the app because it won’t take the second card. I don’t understand how it knows the first card has low funds but the second card it immediately rejects without checking.

It takes time when trying to connect the card to the app.
It took a lot of my brother's time to log in and apply his credit card, while his internet was normal and idk why it wasnt working anymore. Even though he deleted the app and reloaded, but things are still not very positive, he had to wait for very long time !
