Courier delivery companies will use our online web-based software to assign delivery jobs to driver (i.e. courier boy) via a web application, while drivers will use this mobile application to accept jobs and to process them.

As mentioned by other reviewers, app asks you to log in but does not recognize email address or current pw. Can’t change pw because it does not recognize either of my existing accounts
Email addresses-says they don’t exist. Is this really the same zoom I have used at work for 3 years? No way to set up a new account either. Total waste of time.

Downloaded app. It immediately asked for PW and em. It isn’t set up yet in ZoomCourier . Can’t see how to do it. Can’t use reset pw to get logged in as it doesn’t recognize My em.. despite having a dialogue box telling me the em on the device I downloaded app on. What kind of a rookie piece of junk software is zoom?...

Asking me for login and password without giving me an option to even set up a login and a password. No where does it explain where to set up these things.

It asks for my email address and password yet it says my password doesn’t exist. What am I supposed to do? I have missed several meetings because of this... how do I fix this?

Tried to set up accountability, wouldn't accept my email address. Would not allow me to go back and check/correct info if entered wrong.
Waste of time-good thing it was free.
