Why app is not working it’s saying it can’t reach your server
After I got latest message I tried to update the app but it doesn’t work at all. So currently I haven’t possibility will come to my account

Same issue as the user above While trying to log in the app, I get this message . I have updated to the latest Monese app but still can’t log in . Our latest terms and conditions can be viewed in the updated app I have also deleted Monese app and re-installed but same Message appears and cannot click update as it takes me to the App Store

Monese always be ending my conversation with them on the online chat on the app and not replying back to my emails bn
