Overall QSROnlineScheduling is really useful I think that if there was some type of option where you could look at your hours and shifts you have had in the past it would be a lot better so maybe show a calendar of the whole month and everyday you worked along with the hours that you worked

App crashes when im putting in a day i need off. It would be nice if you had an availability tab like the hotschedules app does. It would allow people to show when they are available and can be changed at anytime when they aren’t available those days anymore, they would need managers approval on the days off. Also if you could make a way to link QSROnlineScheduling to the calendar on our phones. Maybe even throw in a tab where you can find your crew’s numbers so you can text them when you are in an emergency and need off (the employees dont have to put in their numbers if they dont want people to know it)

For what it's intended for. I can always keep up with my schedule. I like that I can see who I am going to be working with, Request off in advance, switch shifts with someone at the last second and the best part... It's EASY to use. I watched the little introduction video that I was directed to,after clicking on a link sent to me by my boss. Love it. I just wish it logged hours for when you clock in and out.

My place of work just switched over from HotSchedules. Switch I loved! In QSROnlineScheduling you can’t not send messages to your managers. You can’t adjust your availability. You can request to work certain days and have it pop up when the Scheuling manager is doing the schedule. Also you can’t take days off unless it’s 14 days in advance. No sooner. Seems to put a lot of pressure on who ever is in control of the schedule at your place of work. With so many different places of communication having to be in play. Email, text, paper... I feel this system is going to be a disaster.

Overall QSROnlineScheduling works okay and gets the job done. Here are my suggestions that would make QSROnlineScheduling better resulting in making my life and many more employees lives better…
-Show number of hours scheduled even if it just does it daily or weekly
-Ability to see more than just the two weeks at a time. Not necessarily on the main screen but have a section where you can view.
-reply to messages sent by management
-be able to post a shift/give a shift to one particular person
-The ability to delete messages to make finding certain ones easier
-also a dark mode would be cool. I really like the new grey!
(I came up with some and I also asked some of my coworkers for recommendations as well)

QSROnlineScheduling is all one way functionality. Employees can’t send messages to management except when requesting off or a shift trade. The ‘request off’ feature should have more options for multiple days off in a single request. Ex:if someone needs every other Thursday off or the last weekend of every month. As of right now you have to submit multiple requests for a single day which is tedious and time consuming. Other than that QSROnlineScheduling does as expected and provides your schedule.

QSROnlineScheduling is great able to look at my schedule see others schedules everything is great but I tried to open QSROnlineScheduling like 20 times today and it wouldn’t work and when it started to work it stopped and wouldn’t work again needs to be fixed

This is so extremely nice! I love how I can always have my schedule with me! I don't know if it's just because I have an extremely old phone, but sometimes I get logged out of QSROnlineScheduling . It isn't a big deal but kind of annoying. But this is such a nice app to have!

I love being able to have my schedule available at all time... also being able to request off or switch schedules with other employees... the only bug I have ever had with QSROnlineScheduling is it sometimes logs but it’s a simple process to get back logged in

I’ve had the qsr app for a while now but the only thing I think should be changed is possibly making the scheduling look a little more appealing? If anything that’s about it I do get logged out every once in a while but it’s not major

It does what it’s supposed to, it works well for what I need it for. I find that sometimes when I’m not connected to WiFi and I try to access it, it restarts completely and I have to sign back in. Other than that it’s good.

I downloaded QSROnlineScheduling for work and I’m not the only one having problems with it. The most common problem we are having is when we exit (clear out QSROnlineScheduling ). It logs people out, we have to resign in and the managers can’t schedule if they aren’t logged in. It works when I delete QSROnlineScheduling and redownload it, however it becomes a hassle when you have to do it several times a week.

While visible on the night shift for the phone, when the color theme switches to the day mode, the buttons on the bottom tab bar are invisible. I only just recently started using QSROnlineScheduling, so it’s really inconvenient to have to click on every random spot and hope I end up on the right tab.

Check QSROnlineScheduling everyday. It's great to see shifts other people are looking to get covered. Also, opening QSROnlineScheduling to check the schedule is faster than finding a text. So many features. You should check it out.

QSROnlineScheduling is an excellent app when it comes to getting off. I found it interesting that I can view others schedules if I do the trade shifts button. However, all of this is out the door because, you have to login every time QSROnlineScheduling sits idle for more than 2+ hrs. If you could have it stayed logged in, QSROnlineScheduling would be way better.

I love the scheduling app! I love that I am able to see my schedule whenever I want and I don’t have to worry about calling to figure out when I have to come in. I think it’s great that I am able to put requests in as well.

Love QSROnlineScheduling. Can you please fix this issue it keeps logging me out of QSROnlineScheduling every time my schedule comes out for next week. It keeps asking me for my phone number. Please fixed this as soon as possible....

QSROnlineScheduling is great, you get your schedule and a text of your schedule. The only issue I’ve had is with it being buggy. If you move around QSROnlineScheduling too fast it’ll crash.

QSROnlineScheduling is great but it’s annoying that it always says there is a notification when I have checked every single page and clicked every button there is. I’ve even logged out and logged back in but nothing works. It would be cool if that went away. Other than that... GREAT app!

I love this work schedule app because I get to see the exact time I come in and get off of my job. I can even take off and tell why... this a great app to have for work #SonicDrive-in

Y’all better hope your employer doesn’t decide to use this. QSROnlineScheduling crashes regularly. If you try and move to fast for QSROnlineScheduling it’ll crash. It always has a notification number on it when every notification has been opened (which is really obnoxious if you always keep your notifications cleared). The layout and design is horrible. I don’t have anything good to say about QSROnlineScheduling at all.
