LiquidPlanner - Project Management, Scheduling, Collaboration Reviews

this app is a project management service that changed my business. It's awesome. LiquidPlanner is not. I agree with the feedback provided by others and will just reinforce how critical it is that be able to start and stop a timer from LiquidPlanner . Without this feature LiquidPlanner is a novelty. Giving LiquidPlanner three stars only because the web platform is so solid.

Unless/until there's a mobile style/design to the main web app, this has to suffice. I wish there was better support for Time/progress tracking activities. It feels like the comment/discussion 'Stream' is the main focus of LiquidPlanner. If that remains, it should support mobile notifications for Names mentioned in a comment.

Love LiquidPlanner . It's make communication and reviewing documents easy across all projects. It's arguably easier to keep up with comment than it is on the desktop version. A must have for stakeholders who are not as tech savvy.

Wish list for development: Enable a dashboard views that also include the project intake forms.

I've been wanting to re-prioritize my tasks in LiquidPlanner since I first got it- so glad to have that capability now. Also much easier to add new tasks, track time, and comment with this UI. Nice complement to web app.

I work mainly from the online version, but sometimes from the iPad. Would like to be able to add notes, and ability to search.
One annoying problem: after viewing and closing an attachment, a large grey box remains, with no way to close, except by closing LiquidPlanner and then restarting.

I appreciate hard work of the folks at Liquid Planner. The tool has blessed us greatly! Now we can plan our significant client backlog with confidence knowing we are setting the right expectations.

Well the primary thing I can say is what good is an app if it does not allow you to do the one primary thing it should do - log time efficiently. I have been using Liquid planner on the web for over 4 years and it is great but LiquidPlanner is just about worthless to do anything with.

Man, the website is fantastic. LiquidPlanner , however, should just be taken down. No timesheets, no timers, horrible interface. Do yourself a favor and just login through a mobile web browser!

It is unfortunate that such a useful service must be paired with a subpar app. I would expect these guys to have the resources to innovate the mobile space as they have on desktop.

Not main app

Terrifying UI, confusing and unpleasant UX, no support for iPhone 6 and much more would make you think if this app cares for their customers whatsoever.

This has all the hallmarks of an app abandoned in 2013. Improve or abandon but don't leave your name on this form.

Useless!

Now I can monitor AND manage the critical projects that make or break our business away from my desktop or laptop.

Resource management via this app has increased our efficiency and reduced both worker and manager stress. Workers now have a clear picture of what is in front of them, an intuitive UI to post progress updates or roadblocks, and the ability to keep abreast of all project developments. Managers have never had a more realistic picture of available resources and at-risk deadlines.

No other project/process management tool (and we've evaluated dozens) manages and provides a means to efficiently monitor shared resources across multiple projects like this app.

I've checked out every project management option out there and Liquid Planner tops them all. I've been in project management for large corporations and now lead a small consulting company. Liquid Planner is flexible enough to handle any size project for any size company. I am very happy with the reporting function and collaborative team management features. It is a bit of a paradigm shift moving from the traditional task driven approach to a resource driven approach, but once you've made the move you'll see how powerful this approach is. The software is cloud based and requires a subscription, but is well worth the investment.
