Its perfect
For what it's intended for. I can always keep up with my schedule. I like that I can see who I am going to be working with, Request off in advance, switch shifts with someone at the last second and the best part... It's EASY to use. I watched the little introduction video that I was directed to,after clicking on a link sent to me by my boss. Love it. I just wish it logged hours for when you clock in and out.

Ok but ...
I love being able to have my schedule available at all time... also being able to request off or switch schedules with other employees... the only bug I have ever had with this app is it sometimes logs but it’s a simple process to get back logged in

Had for 3 years works well
I’ve had the qsr app for a while now but the only thing I think should be changed is possibly making the scheduling look a little more appealing? If anything that’s about it I do get logged out every once in a while but it’s not major
