Flagstop Car Wash Reviews

I paid for my membership at the car wash, was told I’d get a text for app to finish signing up. Very hard to use and navigate; it keeps asking me to pay and I already did.
Do not like FlagstopCarWash at this point.

FlagstopCarWash is not good at all it’s not helpful. Some how all my cars where deleted from the previous. Reentering my information has been a nightmare. Don’t like it. If it wasn’t for my family members who actually like this car wash I would take my business elsewhere. No one ever answers the phone just all bad

App is never able to detect my location even though my settings are correct. Employees are perplexed every time when I come. Maybe time to find another car wash.

I get to the carwash this morning and there’s a few cars ahead. It’s taking a while. I finally get there and realize why. There’s no attendant and there require FlagstopCarWash to be downloaded. Now there’s a dozen cars behind me and I’m essentially trapped so was forced to download FlagstopCarWash to get out. This clearly isn’t efficient. Just let someone pay on the screen like it used to be. Not every facet of life needs an app. When I left there were 20 cars in line, facing the same inconvenience. I’m deleting FlagstopCarWash after this review and will not go to Flagstop again.

I have the subscription and all this new app wants to do is sell me a car wash. It’s full of annoying information and includes a “guest” vehicle in my garage that I don’t want and you can’t get rid of it. There’s no explanation as to why it’s there. The old one was so much better.

Nice app, but a ways to go to be user friendly. I was also expecting to conduct all my car wash transactions and process through it but not true. Not a fan of a sticker or other things attached to my car.

Every since they migrated my old account to FlagstopCarWash it does not count my washes in history. It shows no washes . I was getting double billed as well. They were able to fix that and issue credits.

I added FlagstopCarWash to take advantage of discounted monthly service but as of now I don’t know what my service criteria is all I can see is gonna be charged the full price on November 26, two weeks from now when I was supposed to get a free month. And I do not see any way to adjust it, review it, edit it, or change anything. I’m very disappointed and I really wanna go back to my email online contacts and delete FlagstopCarWash. I have called a couple times and I have not gotten any response from Flagstaff.

Download FlagstopCarWash to try to get the free car wash since the new flagship express opened up. Couldn’t get the free wash because FlagstopCarWash doesn’t recognize any car wash other than Virginia.. It could not locate any Maryland car washes even when I’m at the one. Ended up buying a car wash at Gaithersburg, Maryland . I miss the old self service car wash at least there/ then I could pressure wash my car mats as the free vacuum service was nice but does not have a lot of suction power.

I’ll say at first it broke my back windshield wiper but the second time it was great

FlagstopCarWash is very helpful!! It gives so many opportunities to manage different things on your membership!!

Years have passed and I’m still a completely satisfied customer at Flagstop!

With many locations around the Richmond area… membership is a great deal and a great way to keep my JEEP looking new.

The new Flagstop app is awesome! I love how they implemented earning rewards for spending money. Thank you Flagstop, I will never wash my car anywhere else!!

i love the new app. you can receive wash points now for a free month membership or i can get free washes either points. i can manage my account/membership through app so i dont have to call or go to the store if i make any changes. i can do it all on FlagstopCarWash .
