An App for a Carwash is Stupid

I get to the carwash this morning and there’s a few cars ahead. It’s taking a while. I finally get there and realize why. There’s no attendant and there require the app to be downloaded. Now there’s a dozen cars behind me and I’m essentially trapped so was forced to download this app to get out. This clearly isn’t efficient. Just let someone pay on the screen like it used to be. Not every facet of life needs an app. When I left there were 20 cars in line, facing the same inconvenience. I’m deleting this app after this review and will not go to Flagstop again.

This app is not good at all it’s not helpful. Some how all my cars where deleted from the previous. Reentering my information has been a nightmare. Don’t like it. If it wasn’t for my family members who actually like this car wash I would take my business elsewhere. No one ever answers the phone just all bad
I liked the old one better

I have the subscription and all this new app wants to do is sell me a car wash. It’s full of annoying information and includes a “guest” vehicle in my garage that I don’t want and you can’t get rid of it. There’s no explanation as to why it’s there. The old one was so much better.
