Summary of ID GO Problems 🔥

- Need to make more episodes of Signs of a Psychopath and Fear Thy Neighbor and don’t take so long to add more episodes of those shows.

- Locked shows are not available to philo subscribers.

- Too many ads that play too frequently at about 3 minutes a piece, regardless of your tv subscription.

- Will literally play the same ad throughout the entire show you’re watching.

- Ads on this app for states that are literally on the other side of the country that don’t pertain to me at all.

- Requires you to have a tv subscription to watch most of the shows they show.

- Doesn’t save the shows I’m watching under “continue watching”.

- Refreshes so I lost the show I was watching and had to start from the beginning.

There is a key icon next to the show on ID Go. I have Spectrum. How do you resolve this? I can’t find a phone number for ID Go?

I like ID go.. but I have to say I’d never pay for your app because you can’t even get through a program with out it saying internet connection will reconnect automatically at least 10 times in one show.. you have to fix this.. your too riddled with problems to even try to watch it for free ready to delete forever

My ID go app has quit working on my android. I have u installed and reinstalled several times. I am getting a black screen and it's telling me to connect to my cable provider and then won't let me. There are little locked key symbols by each episode

My wife watches ID GO every night. Just in the past few days the live shows on fire stick it shows a key on the screen stating it’s locked. I’m not sure why this particular event is locked but we can get other shows on this app. I would appreciate your help in solving this problem.
