Uphold takes forever to load for me and after it does it wont let me log in, I type in my email address and password, hit next and nothing happens. It was set to log me in automatically but stopped doing that recently.

How to fix Uphold app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Uphold app on iPhone
Update Uphold app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Uphold iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Uphold on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Uphold network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Uphold Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Uphold not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Uphold App
1. On android, goto Settings » Uphold » click [Force Stop]

Update Uphold to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Uphold App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Uphold » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Uphold.

Fix Uphold unable to contact server/ Uphold internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Uphold » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Uphold » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Uphold
