The support team is wonderful! Really great people and team approach. However the investment approach is completely Retail and added nothing of value in our case. The Investment professional was not pleasant or willing to discuss anything as to why they were making certain decisions- the old expression of being with the hurd and at that sort of risk was mot for us. We could even get regular update. We worked very hard to make our retirement and didn't feel any responsibility or respect for our savings. Might just be our local team of investment managers but it definitely was not as represented in the sale.

It has forced me to change my password which I am not pleased about. Your I T is lousy.

BankofAmericaPrivateBank is a mess. It leads you into dead ends all the time. No way for two different people to sign a form, for instance.

BankofAmericaPrivateBank is difficult to use and I don’t like that I can’t do things on my computer but only on BankofAmericaPrivateBank !

BankofAmericaPrivateBank is good - when it works. However calling for tech support / web support / app support - Service is robotic, and useless. The wait time for Service is disgraceful.
Take my advise and change banks

Slow and antiquated on pc website.

BankofAmericaPrivateBank has bolder graphic. But provides clients with much much less useful information. Or maybe well hidden: assets allocation, projected portfolio income, etc. I SUGGEST YOU CHECKOUT THE SCHWAB INTELLIGENCE APP AS A MODEL. Since BofA moved it headquarters out of Silicon Valley you software has not been as strong.

My private banking team seems to be dragging their feet on my request to access my credit line . It’s been 7 days and no paperwork or access to credit , just a phone conversation and auto reply’s on their end . they might be too busy and over worked Im finding this on most of my requests for services and advice from my banking side of the private bank . T

Very much seems to be an unfinished app. Can’t find secure message alert. Or any alerts for that matter. Most of my client team is missing from the “send to” list. I have other functions very useful, when away from my computer.

Edit: On top of the problems that existed, they’ve added a new one, when you click in box in the middle on the bottom of the screen BankofAmericaPrivateBank is terminated and you must login again.

I hate BankofAmericaPrivateBank. It never seems to work. It wants you to go online to the website, you go through all the security issues you do everything it says and login. then you go back download a new version of BankofAmericaPrivateBank . It still doesn’t work. It still wants you to go to the website and repeat. It’s a do loop with no exit. It wants you to change your password again after you have done nothing wrong logging in. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to change my password for nothing.

Don’t download BankofAmericaPrivateBank. It’s a scam

It doesn’t track investments. Returns and trends over time should be available. Something at least as good as yahoo finance on the web.
