ZohoMailAdmin won’t even open. Did Zoho even bother to Beta launch ZohoMailAdmin?
I just don’t understand how a company so large could continue putting out new products that lack so far behind in performance. ZohoMailAdmin like so many their other apps are great, conceptually, however performance leaves me frustrated and distrusting of the company over-all. Yet I continue to hang in there hoping that Zoho one day hires a competent Quality Assurance Control Engineer. I wouldn’t mind paying for their SAS, if it’s operating integrity met the necessary standards. It would be great if I could set up an email account, that hacked as soon as I got it set up. One of my first emails after switching to their server two years ago was a hack and it hasn’t stopped yet.
I was wrong to think this was a major breakthrough for Zoho users. Besides the ‘epic’ red and black welcome, it still doesn’t allow password resets and additional email creations. I wonder when the ‘something went wrong’ pop-up would stop popping up. Please end my frustration!
ZohoMailAdmin doesn’t even work. It won’t open
Still can’t open ZohoMailAdmin who is my admin account.
Once my credentials are in and click log in ZohoMailAdmin just logo just spins in circles as if it was loading. Been trying for over a month, and yes my credentials are correct.

Cant leave first page. Over tho years i keep trying to use Zoho apps and invariability give up. Must be for companies with IT people whose job is not the business but monkeying with tech
I downloaded this so that I could add and remove users to groups on the go. Found that the removal feature doesn’t work. App shows I have the option in red, but when I swipe, the address stays put.
This would be an excellent way to manage users, etc. That is if I could even login. The login button doesn't even work. Your just presented with a splash screen which doesn't go away and the login "button" is just text. Uninstalling.
Can't access my blocked addresses from ZohoMailAdmin . Also can't get to them from the mobile website. Zoho has some serious work to do if their websites don't work 100% from a mobile device. Requiring a PC to admin my account when I need to do it on the go makes it impossible. 1/10, can't recommend even though I've been a customer for years. Looking to leave Zoho because you can't manage your account on the go.
It used to work to manage users, add aliases etc but after iOS 11 update 11.0.2, selecting user causes app to crash.

Pretty pointless. You still have to go into the web interface to add or change any details on users once added. Just use a web browser.
Open app and get message “ ZMail Admin has been locked, Tap any where to authenticate”. Tapping any where and everywhere produces no effect, will need to uninstall and reinstall app, maybe that will fix it. This will be second time needing to reinstall to fix app. 👎
There are lots of things missing from ZohoMailAdmin that you have to do from a browser. Hope this continues to get better.
Most of the negative reviews are due to a lack of features—which is admittedly true. The Zoho admin app appears to be designed for "on the go" tools in mind rather than a comprehensive feature set; however, even from that point of view ZohoMailAdmin still probably has a generous estimate of about 3% of the web features.
With that said, ZohoMailAdmin does run fairly smoothly, and there's no harm in downloading it for some quick adjustments.
ZohoMailAdmin works better for laid subscriptions, you have a free subscription you can’t be too picky m, but other than limited functions it does has the potential to be a great app I’ll give it 4 Stars... but I rather go back to the normal zoho mail app
