NETELLER - Money transfer Reviews

App only requires about 3 verification processes and the first process is to find your account , and which I already did . On my dashboard section it says my account is fully verified , but when I try to make any transactions they tell me my account is disabled and I need to complete my verification . What else is there to verify when I’ve done all 3 required verification . As for me NETELLER is just a way to lose money because I can’t get my money back

Excellent but recent multiple update is not real in NETELLER , many thing is posted as enhancements but nothing reflects in NETELLER , I hope such update is not a scam. Next time you shout update make sure it’s real in NETELLER , we’re tired of update empty nothing

Best thing using NETELLER that they are fast and reliable when sending of receiving money and cheaper rates even more cheaper when you provide all the necessary documents. Yea amazing app ❤️🥰🥳

NETELLER is a freaking scam. Deposited 500 dollars and my account got blocked for no reason and I haven’t been able to withdraw that money. I even emailed them and they blocked my emails.

NETELLER requires verification which once u dont have necessary document, your account with deposit money in it will be disabled. I already submitted my passport, they received but then they asked me to submit latest bill which in this case I just moved and am isolated due to pandemic. They have geolocation but doesnt work! :)

I need the money. You are so mean if in the midst of this pandemic you still retain my money!!!

Despite providing the correct credentials, I get an unknown error when I try to log in. The solution from customer service was to not use NETELLER but instead go to the website. I was told that the problem would be fixed as soon as possible. Months later the problem remains unfixed. A totally useless app.

I v been using this app for almost 5 years locally and when I travel
I want say They are one the best banks I ever used
Even when they blocked my account it was for my own safety ( they thought I didn’t make some transactions) I send email they called in 24 hour and open it my account again
I totally understand and respect every decision they make

They are a bunch of scam. When I registered, I took my time to submit all necessary document for their verification process and I was approved in some couple of days. When I receive less than $50 I was allow to spend my money until I decide to fund it with $470. My account was blocked for no reason. I send mail many times, but they refuse to reply. They are scam. Never trust them

Paid money into the wallet, but they cleverly avoided telling me it’s use is restricted to certain merchants. Meanwhile the logo is associated with online shopping sites that refuse payment from them. Worse is that they make it so cumbersome to get a refund.
I have to pay far more than I deposited to retrieve my funds. Scam of the highest order. Please beware.

It’s the worst app I have ever used all over this app support and service going down day by day.

NETELLER requires login each time you try to open if you use pin it will not work it will show some error and tell you to login again and also lots of others problems

No updates no improvements really worst

I love the features that NETELLER has, does exactly what it needs to.

I haven’t being able to use nettler app for some months due to NETELLER crashing when I try to login and right now I have being using nettler web. I hope this will be fixed soon

Customer support no good they don’t respond nor answer your questions. Too many loops before trying to get straight path. Trust me NETELLER is Horrible like another person said on here!

This this app are scammers after I funded my account I verified my account and I can’t get my money back and all my transactions are gone don’t deposit your money

this app is the service where your privacy wont be any privacy and they monitor your activities 24/7 so that they can suddenly restrict your account and forfeit your balance. A genuine truth.

This service is thiefs. They stole my money under badge -" commission for inactivity". Without any notification. Highly NOT RECCOMENDED if you don't feel like giving your money away to this dirty guys

Why

Once money deposit in your this app account, you can never use they in any way or transfer back to your bank account.

The this app has blocked my fund and account despite having proper documents of verification. They are acting irresponsible and permanently closed account without any proper reason to justify the matter. this app is a scam now.
