I haven’t being able to use nettler app for some months due to NETELLER crashing when I try to login and right now I have being using nettler web. I hope this will be fixed soon

Once money deposit in your this app account, you can never use they in any way or transfer back to your bank account.

Paid money into the wallet, but they cleverly avoided telling me it’s use is restricted to certain merchants. Meanwhile the logo is associated with online shopping sites that refuse payment from them. Worse is that they make it so cumbersome to get a refund.

They are a bunch of scam. When I registered, I took my time to submit all necessary document for their verification process and I was approved in some couple of days. When I receive less than $50 I was allow to spend my money until I decide to fund it with $470. My account was blocked for no reason... Show more . I send mail many times, but they refuse to reply. Despite providing the correct credentials, I get an unknown error when I try to log in. The solution from customer service was to not use NETELLER but instead go to the website. NETELLER requires verification which once u dont have necessary document, your account with deposit money in it will be disabled. NETELLER is a freaking scam. Deposited 500 dollars and my account got blocked for no reason and I haven’t been able to withdraw that money. I even emailed them and they blocked my emails.

The this app has blocked my fund and account despite having proper documents of verification. They are acting irresponsible and permanently closed account without any proper reason to justify the matter. this app is a scam now.
